Wicked fast response times.

They informed me of a possible problem I could have due to some leaked information from my part and were lightning fast in helping me in everything I needed.
Much appreciated.

Performance was solid and the service did everything I needed it to do. Uptime and functionality were fine with no major technical issues.

However, there is one major flaw: you cannot transfer your server to a different region without first purchasing a brand-new service. This is something virtually every other hosting provider supports, and it makes relocating extremely inconvenient and costly.

Because of this limitation, I ultimately decided to cancel. The service itself works, but the lack of regional transfer flexibility is a significant downside.

As always, the customer service team has fast responses, is very knowledgeable & proficient and most of all gets the job done. Bravo, especially for this price point!
To be honest it is my first experience with app hosting and I believe it will be my only one, I cannot imagine there would be a better hoster available.

The services are cheap with extremely professional and friendly customer support. I'm no tech guru and have needed to contact customer support on a few occasions, even for a quick check of something or a question that I needed answering. Every time, customer support has treated me exceedingly well and has never ignored the tickets that I have sent to them.

The wait time for ticket responses non-existent, the team is polite and they are super on the ball for anything I have requested. I would give more than 5 stars if I could

Yearly price plan is very good for the cloud specification offered. Staff are super friendly and answered over the festive period without much delay at all!!

I’ve been using Ultra.cc for a while and recently migrated to the Gorgon server. I am extremely satisfied with the performance; the 50 Gbps speeds are incredible and the stability is top-notch. I currently manage about 4 TB of media on an 8 TB slot, and advanced tools like cross-seed and Prowlarr run flawlessly. The migration process was smooth and the documentation is very helpful for fine-tuning your setup. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a powerful and reliable solution!

In 2 years I had to open a ticket once and it was not for an issue but to change payment from monthly to yearly.
