We had a terrible experience with the ultiem veranda team. They’re not at all professional, don’t respond and just don’t care about completing the work in time. We gave them the contract May’23 to built a veranda at our place(in Hoofddorp), when they came to install it, they broke one of the glass roof ceiling. They took the full amount and said they would replace that one piece of ceiling. Took 6 months and enormous follow ups from our side to replace finally in Sept’23. What made it even worse is they didn’t fix it properly, had leakages all over!!! I contacted(called,mailed,messaged), no response, after a couple of months they said they have no time and it isn’t fixed till date!!! I am still struggling with it. I haven’t had this horrible experience with any of the companies in Holland, they are worse! I really think their company should be blacklisted!
