Paid for my order a month and a half ago and never received anything. Tried reaching out through email multiple times as well as Instagram and reddit. Have never gotten a response back about when or if I will ever get the products I paid for.

Complete garbage AIN pearls will never shop with them again. Oh and it took over a month to ship. With consistent promises to ship by the end of the week and to compensate for the wasted time and never compensated whatsoever lol didn’t ship until i said I was just going call the bank and dispute the charge. Completely unprofessional and if the product wasn’t ready to ship then why is it available on the Website. If it was a pre-order I would understand but in this case it was not.

Placed an order, was told I didn’t need a code for the AIN pearl during communication. Code gave discount they didn’t intend. Never got the pearl. Reached out to the same person and never got any response. They released the discount days later. Horrible service. Gave 2 stars because insert works well.

took FOREVER to get shipped. over a month. ordered direct from a company in europe and that still arrived faster than my tvke5 "in stock" order.

I never received my bucket and had to cancel the order. I messaged over and over but did not receive a reply.

Haven't received my item & company is unresponsive

I was missing items and when I tried to contact and see what was going on I got no reply.

I am still waiting on my shipment. It currently says it’s in Japan. I am in Canada. Please can you figure out what the issue is?
I have emailed customer service.

Great service and was delivered quickly, even among the chaos of the mail.

There was a lot of hype for this insert. I’ve had little to no success with it. Takes way to long to heat up, hard to clean, doesn’t fit. Wouldn’t recommend

Really, really enjoying the products! Definite upgrades over some of the other 3rd parties I've been using. It would (and will) be five stars except I was missing one of the XL coils I ordered. The rep I spoke to said he is sending out the coil, so when I get it I'll Def upgrade the review.

AIN for the carta is worth if you are on the fence . SIC is amazing but if you aren’t getting the cheaper one get the AIN . No reason to lie . Carta gang

I received two inserts for my Carta. Both the AlN and the SiC look fantastic, but that is secondary to their performance. Quick heat up, long lasting heat, excellent flavor, and top notch effect all while operating at lower than expected temperatures. I can’t recommend these insert enough. The AlN edges the SiC out for overall performance, but just barely. If you’re looking to upgrade from the stock Ti or Quartz, you should be thinking about one of these two offerings for. TVKE5.
