Beware TrueMove H customers in Thailand, this company deducts money, charging for services I never asked for, they call them "subscription services". You have to contact them to stop these charges, and if you are on a prepaid monthly subscription you have to do this every single month

My wife's sim was previously used it said welcome back John when she signed on to a gym. We quickly removed it. Hopefully no harm done.

The worst experience I ever made during my travels.

Permanently connection loses no matter were I am. Bangkok, Pattaya, Chiang Mai etc.
Nearly unusable.

Sometimes it works for some minutes and then connection breaks.

It is not even slow it just don't work. You see a bragging 5G and full connection on your phone, but no data will come.

Normally you should take your money back because they do not deliver service. Next time in Thailand I will take AIS.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Completely incompetent. I would pay double to have never had to deal with them. Probably the worst experience dealing with a company in my life.

Absolutely INCOMPETENT company, it is impossible to solve any problem with their services. They do not solve anything, they only know how to smile nicely and even mock. Yes, fake smiles are characteristic of them. They only want your money.

Worse company I have ever dealt with paid extra 1500 baht just to cancel contract now which put me still 8 month service so I never have to deal with them ever again I am done with this company have receipt to prove it

This is the worst telecom provider ever. I paid 1200thb (36$) for their 5G network and I'm having 2mbp/s in my apartment constantly. I can't believe this.

My phone works okay most do the time with True, but their home WiFi is horrible. It goes out often and stays out for days, not hours. Highly recommend you go to AIS instead of True.

Idk it needs to add one more bad review or everyone already understanding how bad this company, internet lagging all day long, lost a packages, pinging. And nothing changes for a years.
If you had to do any online job sensitive to you connection quality avoid true mobile at any cost, your mental health will be thankfully

True 5G is easy to use mobile data and phone app for both foreigners and thais alike however watch out when you top up your package ! Because True will automaticley buy the exact same package you bought the first time after you top up your account ! Example : My 30 days 15 mbs 30GB package was expired so i topped up my account balance in the app (350 baht ) True immediatly after i topped up withdrew the money without asking ! And bought the exact same package again ! ( i wanted to buy a different one ! ) I think thats just simply ridicilious !!

Staff have no idea.
Internet is very very slow.
If you are not on unlimited speed and download do not buy.
If you top up they steal most the 200 baht a day so never do top up.

This company is completely without ethics or principle. Their algorithms that run their online/mobile apps are atrocious and completely inadequate for purpose.
Their communications and agencies are also very poor.
Without going into detail, you can be sold multiple mobile packages for the same number without being informed that you already have a package running. Your existing/previous data/call package that expired will automatically renew without your knowledge as soon as funds are available, so any funds you add to your account will be immediately depleted and there are no refunds...

The worst internet company I have ever seen, they think you are here for them. In reality they should be the ones providing service but they don't, will never use their service .

True is by far the worst phone provider in Thailand in terms of speed of connection, coverage, signal, customer service. And if you want to leave them they make it as difficult as possible, similar to how Three mobile used to be in the UK, you have to jump through hoops and accept that you will be bombarded with offers to try to persuade you to stay. Really, its shameful the way they behave, possibly even illegal?

I went to a service center and waited 30 Min before being helped as internet data di not work. Then they told me to wait 10 mim. As they had to reset the sistem. I had to wait another hour as they let other coustomers pass in front of me. They keep sending messages that internet data Is finished but I bought 30 GB and only used 5. Also can't place calls or Sms even dought Is suppost to be unlimited. They are a scam trying to force you to recharge all the time. Now After 3 days am back at another store to ask then to fix It. We should sue them!!

Bad manner leaving garbage. Your people have installed internet at my neigbours house. They threw the garbage that was left on the side of the road in the grass next to my house and drove of. That is unacceptable. Bad manners. You need to educate and tell your employees to take their garbage with them. Not pollute Thailand with it. I have pictures of the bags if you like.

Truecorp ( TRUE ), a mobile phone network company is building cell towers near a housing development in Kathu, Phuket, Thailand. They did not inform the locals about building of the cell tower before starting to work on Sunday on 8 October 2017.

The cell tower is only few meters of the closest wall and house, and there is so little land that tower cannot be secured properly. If the cell tower fell it would cause damage to nearby houses, electric cables and office building and the public road.

It is likely there will be problems in the future because the building site is at base of a hill which will be very wet during the rainy season. There are regular flooding in the area as the water comes down the hill.

Truecopr did not inform the local residents about the building project. They did not tell about health risks such as headaches, cancer, tinnitus to people who live near cell towers suffer from. There are children living near by the cell tower suffering from nonionizing electromagnetic fields that are the fastest growing forms of environmental pollution.

The locals are very disappointed about the conduct and lack of respect by Truecorp in month of October when the whole nation is mourning. Truecorp should stop building the cell tower and put it somewhere else, so it is not so close to houses endangering health of young children and local residents.

The location where Truecorp started to build on Sunday 8 October near Loch Palm golf course is unsuitable for cell tower. A better and safer location could be found for such project.
