Failed duty of care and non existent communication

I’ve been with a treat it since just after they opened. In that time I have had numerous problems with my medication being late, prescriptions lost, or out of stock orders. I have now been sent the wrong product, and I have been without any medication for two weeks now. The communication is just about zero and I’m so completely fed up. It’s for chronic pain and it is not a trivial matter. They have as doctors failed in their duty of care.

Treat it say here that a resolution has been reached. It has not. I was told today that the situation was still being investigated, but they have offered an interim solution until a decision has been made.

I found treat it clinic online

I found treat it clinic online, though give it a try, from the day I enquired it was exactly 3 days until I received my medication, I chose the vapes and there perfect can’t fault much better than I imagined. The consultant are happy to help and are very welcoming and everyone is so friendly, I never felt awkward like I do when contacting my go, and can’t fault the process, day one I called and filled the application the next day I spoke with the consultant that same the doctor sent my prescription the day after the pharmacy posted it out by DPD, I received 3 vapes today and they amazing. And the whole process wasn’t that expensive and the vape oil is from Canada so you can guarantee the quality

Awful service

The service I have received over the last 3 months has just got worse on every order.

Booked a renewal consultation in February, waited 6 days for an appointment, the Dr didn't show up so had to wait another 6 days for a new appointment, put in an order, managed to get 2 of the 3 products due to not having stock.

Put in an order in March, waited a week with no change to the status to my order, when I chased it up I was told that the prescription couldn't be completed due to there being no stock ( despite the items being marketed by Treat It as in stock at the time of ordering) I cancelled the order.

Despite receiving an apology and assurances from Treat-it that they understood my frustration based on the previous months issues too, they have made no efforts, at all to make any improvements.

I placed a 3rd order for the month of April, 8 days ago now, there has been no updates and no response to my messages sent midday yesterday via Whatsapp so this order will again be cancelled.

That's 3 orders in a row now, one incomplete and 2 cancelled.

it just seems to be getting worse and worse

* UPDATE......

Just to add I placed another order this month on Tuesday 20th May thinking that would be plenty of time to get my medicine for Bank Holiday. The date is now Wednesday 27th and the status on my order had remained at "Awaiting order approval from the Specialist"

This is despite them apologising and assuring me they understood how frustrating it is, yet they then just do it again and again month after month.

This clinic is not fit for purpose and should not be operating, that's 3 months now in a row where they have left me no choice but to buy my meds from the street ( 3 months in a row).

I do not understand how they can be this incompetent to the same customer every month and treat them like this every time an order is placed.

They seem to be a little confused as to how things work in life as they seem to expect the patients to keep chasing up orders in order for them to be processed, yet I do not work for the Treat-it clinic, I am not a member of staff and is not my job to chase up orders so you can actually do the job I pay you for.

I will now be leaving this clinic , the only reason I haven't done sooner is the hassle involved in changing clinics.

If I ran my business the same way these guys do I would have gone bankrupt years ago.

Scam con lie cheat fraud shakir louise

Pls read other reviews and even the ai generated report. These guys are scammers to say the least. Pls contact me if you need a witness from experience to lodge a case against them. They have violated me rights, taken my monthly money, discharged me and not given my last prescription which I ordered end of February! Reason for discharge is because I keep 'nagging' then for my meds! Shakir n Louise, wow, they have single handedly destroyed this company for whoever started it.
I'm still waiting for my meds. Nobody responds on WhatsApp or email. They just avoid you. They need to be penalised

Update: ive got a response from treat-it (most likely Louise) on here (trustpilot) but they still haven't given my meds yet from February and they still haven't responded to my texts or emails, but they are avaliable to respond to critical reviews. Shameless people

Misleading Promises, Poor Communication, and Unacceptable Service


I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Treat It Clinic has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

My initial consultation was delayed despite me taking time off work specifically to attend. This immediately set the tone for what has been a consistently poor and unreliable service.

One of the key reasons I chose this clinic was the advertised cannabis card. However, when I requested it, I was told it would take 5–6 months and is not even available for new patients — something that is not disclosed anywhere on their website. This feels misleading at best.

I raised a formal complaint about my experience and never received an official written response. Communication throughout has been inconsistent and lacking accountability.

I was also told that if payment is made before 4pm, prescriptions would be delivered the next day. I paid before 4pm, yet my prescription was delayed with no explanation or update. The app platform only made things worse, as it continued to show vague “delayed” statuses with no useful information.

Despite all this, I tried to give the clinic the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, things continued to decline.

I requested a simple letter for my employer on a Thursday. I was told on Friday that the team had responded, only to then be contacted again on Monday and informed that the letter would cost £20. This is on top of paying £11 per month for clinic access — meaning the letter costs nearly the equivalent of two months’ membership.

To put this into perspective, other clinics provide significantly better service:
• Some offer free cannabis cards to new patients
• Others issue employer letters the same day, free of charge
• Many do not charge ongoing monthly clinic fees at all

Finally, after raising my concerns respectfully, I received an email reminding me to remain courteous in my communication — despite the fact I had not been rude or inappropriate at any point. This felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Overall, my experience has gone from poor, to bad, to genuinely unacceptable. I regret choosing this clinic and would not recommend it to others.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Incredibly disappointed.

Your consultation was rescheduled due to the clinician being on emergency leave, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Cannabis cards can only be issued after a prescription is approved; your request has now been included in the next batch.

Your complaint is currently within our response timeframe (acknowledged within 3 days, full response within 21 working days).

Regarding delivery, our cut-off time is 1 PM for same-day dispatch. As payment was received after this time, your prescription was sent the following working day.

We do offer basic letters free of charge, while more detailed letters carry a £20 administrative fee, in line with standard practice.

We remain committed to providing a professional service and appreciate respectful communication in return.

Joined this clinc last year got totally messed about left and a few weeks later worst mistake as ive just paid near £300 for a prescription that should of been dispatched the next day still waiting id stay well clear of this clinc as they dont deserve customers

Needlessly to say ill be phoning my credit card company oyt if that company don't ship my meds out prontol that ive paid for scammers

I just had my introductory call from…

I just had my introductory call from Shakir at the Treat it Clinic. He was very friendly and assisted me to register and book a consultation which is very soon. I struggle with technology so he patiently guided me and got it all sorted. Can’t thank him or the clinic enough too for wavering my first months subscription as I was recommended by a friend. Looking forward to moving forward with medicinal cannabis in the right way with supervision and all above board. Thank You
