Overall, I’m really happy with the drawers. The quality is amazing — they’re heavy, sturdy and feel really solid and well made. The finish is beautiful and looks really clean once put together.

My only complaint was the instructions. They seemed to be backwards, so I ended up having to figure out quite a bit of the assembly myself, which made putting them together harder than it needed to be. Other than that, I’m very happy with the quality and the finished product.

Terrible customer service. Could write alot based off my short experience on pickup.

I have trouble to find a 2 inch high cushion to put on the neck.andthe warning if putting it to high up it can damage a vene in your neck artery.

Great for our lounge, and the fact it turns into a bed saves buying a mattress and bed base. Slightly firm but chuck a mattress topper on it and it will get more comfy. Easy to put up just make sure no one sits on the arms. Other than that, its fine for me and my family.

One of the items we purchased with many many pieces came with no instructions on how to put it together. I have replied to an email asking 'how did we do' twice with no reply. I have tried calling but the call doesn't go through, I have tried using the live chat platform with no response??
We now have a large expensive unit sitting in pieces with no answers. Not happy.

delivery was fast, the table is really good with good adjustable feet to balance the table on old flooring, the colour is nice marble look to it.
it would be really helpful if the packing could be taken away after opening the package.

Quick delivery which was great, but we never received notification of when it was on it's way. We never received an email with an invoice or order summary, just an email saying my order had been received and being processed. Happy enough with the bed frame and mattress though the bed frame seems a little narrow and longer than the mattress. And because it's longer than the mattress the end slats are obvious because they are natural wood colour rather than white like the rest of the frame. But for the cost I am happy with what was received.

I liked all the photos on the website with measurements to make the right decision. We bought the Azure storage bed frame. Unfortunately, the feet on the bed that has been delivered are a dark colour instead a lite wood colour as in the photos, and what I was hoping for. It was easy enough for my husband to put together but he used an electric drill otherwise the small hand one provided would have taken ages. The comfort zone 7 zone prime mattress is comfortable. We also were not notified by treasure box or the courier when they were delivering and nobody home so they just left it outside. We are rural and they would not deliver rurally so I had it delivered to a family member in town, however when I was first ordering there was a rural delivery option fee on the delivery option and it let me select it and would of charged me for it even though it would have only been delivered to the depot, so that was a bit confusing and dishonest. Overall I liked the bed and price it was.

Very disappointing experience. I placed two orders (TBS59730 and TBS59750) for one king-size mattress, one queen-size mattress, a sofa, and a dining table with six chairs.

I only received the queen-size mattress on Thursday, 20 August 2026. I am still waiting for the king-size mattress, sofa, dining table, and chairs. Despite emailing TreasureBox, I have been unable to get any update regarding the remaining items.

The lack of communication and incomplete delivery are extremely unsatisfactory. I would appreciate an immediate update and confirmation of when the outstanding items will be delivered.

Very well organized, great pick up system. Also the products are really great quality for the price. I am so happy with the service and goods received. Will definitely be buying from them again in future.
