As soon as you contacted us, we credited the order back to the payment method. And a week later we received another email from you asking about the order status. 10mm splash guard banger
I bought 3 of the 10mm splash guard bangers. Me and my two friends are in love with our newest editions! My rig has reached its fullest potential! This is the best heat retention I've ever ever seen with a minute and a half until ready.
I wish we could leave a higher rating! These were even delivered the same week (l ordered them cyber monday at that!)

Received my Ispire Wand super fast but…
Received my Ispire Wand super fast but one of the accessories was broken, the rim had snapped off an inner bowl. They responded to my msg within an hour (found it in my spam folder,) had me take a pic, and emailed me a tracking number for a replacement the next day. Great service twice!!!

UFO induction heater was damaged during shipping. The camera on my phone doesn't function, so I can't get a replacement. Best part is I used sezzle, so I get to be reminded it of for the next several weeks.

Stash shack was a quick delivery
Stash shack was a quick delivery. I wasn't sure how well it would do because I don't trust USPS within Ohio. From a territory in the Atlantic? It got here quickly 3 days I think.
The item, a UFO induction heater has been working well so far. Unable to swap out the insert. It is in there tight. It does the job though.

I received the product and noted some minor damage. I sent email and *thought* they never replied but it turns out I had just missed it.
Not only did they clear up the problem but they even refunded some of the purchase price for my trouble! It was such a good experience that I just had to come back here and fix my review. Thanks to Thr Smoke Shack I got myself a gorgeous new piece at a screaming good price.
