Item came and broke after 1 hit
Item came and broke after 1 hit. In my eyes this item came broken and I was told that I could get only get a warranty even though it was broken when it came to me because it broke after hardly a use.

I ordered the Stundenglass globe!
I ordered the Stundenglass globe because I’m clumsy and broke one. I wasn’t sure if it was going to be off brand because the price on The Stash Shack was extremely low! It finally came and it was the Stundenglass brand! I was shocked and super amazed. I will be back for another one!

TSS support is terrible
I was sent the incorrect item - and so far TSS customer support has been nothing less than non-responsive. I have tried calling, emailing, Facebook messaging and their live chat. This is quickly approaching the 1 hour mark, and I have yet to be acknowledged.

Great website
The customer service is amazing! I recently had some complications with one of their Terp Slurpers (was completely on me). I reached out to them and within three days they reached me back and were very helpful. After I showed them some pictures they were kind enough to send a replacement. Highly recommend this website!

Great customer service and prices
I got a UFO induction heater and it started malfunctioning within a week. I emailed Stash Shack and they got back to me very quickly and the unit is being replaced. Excellent communication and their prices were the best I found on the internet. I'll buy from them again with confidence.
