Property Explorer were the agents for the house we wanted to buy. I have never been through the buying and selling process, having been in my first home for 33 years so I really appreciated the honest and helpful advice and support from Danny in the initial stages, especially when we were offering on our dream home. Once our offer had been accepted Kevin took over as Progression Manager and he continued to give really helpful advice and guidance on the process and continually kept in touch on progress, applying polite pressure as and when needed. Both myself and my husband were really impressed with the service provided which included the offer for the whole family to wait in their offices in their warm and comfortable lounge, with access to hot drinks, for the 3 hours that it took between us moving out and getting the keys to our new home. We would definitely recommend using Property Explorer to others.

Would not use any other Estate Agents. They have sold two

We chose The Property Explorer not because they offered us the best rate but because they came across as honest and reliable at first meeting, we just got a good feel about them. We dealt with Ollie and Danny initially who were great throughout the whole viewing process, gave us honest feedback and provided advice on how best to go about any negotiations. Even after our initial purchase fell through, Danny encouraged us not to give up and we eventually found our new home! Over to Kevin who saw out the rest of the sale process, he helped us communicate with the solicitors and was always really good at returning calls and having a proper conversation throughout what was a very prolonged and stressful period. We chose Property Explorer to sale our house , they may not have been the cheapest but the service was amazing and they knew the area and the local market better then others.

Ollie came across as genuine and shared with us the ideas for listing, when we got onto the market Danny and Kevin did a brilliant job. We had a rather drawn out process but Kevin kept us up to date and managed to get everyone through the challenges .

If I was selling again, I would definitely go with the Property explorer team. My advice is don't just pick an agent because they are cheap.

I have used The Property Explorer on my last two house sales and have been very happy with their service and fees. The valuations have always be on point and they have been open and clear about what they though my properties would sell for. Great communications throughout that sales process. Once I had received offers they were able to negotiate the best price for me. During the after dales process they were quick to respond to any questions raised by the solicitors and provide regular updates to me on the progress. Particular thanks to Danny and Kevin!

Bought a house through them - the process took 6 weeks in total. I was kept up to date with the progress at all stages - communication was excellent. Ollie and his team (Danny & Kevin in particular) have been SUPERB. Ollie set realistic expectations, gave solid advice, and timed our return to market to get us a better than expected result thanks to Danny's negotiations, Kevin then busted a gut to get us over the line while also going above and beyond. Total dream team and the best decision we made, the only regret....no property on their books that met our purchase needs otherwise I'd not have wanted to spend my money ANYWHERE ELSE. Kevin and Danny have been incredible throughout the process. We used Stuart at the property Explorer for our mortgage, we had a face to face meeting and was very knowledgable throughout. We used Neale Turk who was recommended by the Property Explorer for solicitors, Stefan & Clare here were again incredible. The team at Property Explorer were excellent throughout the process of selling our property. From the start we felt we were in safe trustworthy hands and the Director Ollie Brooks listened to our requirements and provided realistic and honest advice. Throughout, his team Danny Low and Kevin Cheesman were on hand to support through the process - nothing was too much trouble and we were extremely confident with their advice. We have moved a few times over the years and we can honestly say the service we received has been the best by far. When you are selling your house it very stressful as it is one of the biggest investments you have made in life - what the team at Property Explorer created was an environment of trust which was fantastic and for us, this all we could have asked for! Plus they sold the house and great value for money for their services!

Our experience covered the period from the end of May 2024 to December 6th 2024. Property Explorer helped to negotiate what should have been a straightforward sale of a flat for a 92 year lady but became very lengthy and stressful, with kindness and empathy for her health and well being.
From the initial valuation, viewings, telephone conversations with possibly everyone on the team, to the Sales Progression Manager who dealt with us the most, everyone was friendly and helpful.
However it is that Sales Progression Manager who went over and above in the pursuit of completing the sale to enable my mother to move into an assisted living complex and improve the quality of her life.
He responded quickly and if unavailable when phoned, he would always return the call. He demonstrated care and great understanding of the situation and was always 'chasing and updating'. He kept us going!
I recommend this company wholeheartedly and will use them if we ever sell again.

Our house-buying journey began with a detailed discussion of the process steps with Danny, who walked us through everything. Next, we were introduced to our mortgage advisor, Stuart, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. We also received recommendations for a solicitor, who assisted us with the paperwork. Additionally, Kevin, our dedicated advisor, was always responsive and supported us throughout the entire purchase.

Overall, it was a positive experience. Despite some delays that were beyond our control, the process remained smooth and efficient.

The Property Explorer really went above and beyond in helping us through buying our first home. We worked with Kevin Cheeseman who was really there for us throughout the entire process and was very easy to communicate with/get on with.

Disgusting.

Previously they put loads of fake sold signs down my road and I assume the council took them down after my complaint but they've come round this morning and put them all back up!!!!

I cannot be dealing with people like this, this is the reason I hate estate agents.
