This product actually works when given as instructed it's fixed my Labrador's stool issues she was having!
Honestly, what I love about this product is that it has completely eradicated the problem that my baby girl was having with her stools. And she now has solid stools, and nothing loose. My black Labrador is feeling great!

Zero benefit
I have been using these chews for over 4 months now on both of my dogs, and I havent noticed any benefit or any improvement with the itchy skin and ears. Not satisfied at all

Best customer service ever!!!!
I ordered a large order last week, my two large size dogs have been itching uncontrollably and I have tried almost everything to try to get them to quit itching. So I was super excited to be getting these.
When I arrived home today I found the package on my porch. But when I opened the envelope there was only one container of the 30 soft chews. I had ordered five containers and one bag of treats. So I got on the chat with a live agent very fast. He asked me a couple of questions and started looking up my order to see what happened to it. I'm not sure if he ever found out what happened. His Name was Chuck, and he was the best customer service representative I have ever had. He immediately started looking into my order, and went ahead and sent out the items I was missing and he expedited it so that it would get to me quicker. I have been super pleased with this company, and the interactions that I have had. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

The monthly subscription is perfect for us. I get the email notifications. It debits to my payment method on a consistent date.
Besides all that my dog goes crazy for them. I have seen some improvement too. He will be 15 in less than two months and he hasn’t slowed down on walks, jumps up on our beds and handles the stairs easily.

My dogs and I love this powder!
My dogs absolutely love the dental powder! They lick the bowl completely clean to get every last bit. And we love it because there is no more bad breath! It started working within 3 days and is still working fantastically. We started using the product in January 2024 but did not discover PetLab's subscription plan until recently. The PetLab subscription plan makes it easy to keep your supplies perfectly timed without having to deal with shipping delays or availability issues that we had encountered in the past with other suppliers.
