Very poor service.
The first package I received was damaged, and although I was supposed to receive two products, one was missing. I took photos immediately on the day it arrived and emailed customer service, but nobody ever responded. I repeatedly contacted them, not only about the missing product but also because I was trying to cancel my subscription. Every time I tried, the website kept redirecting me from the UK site to the US site, making it impossible to manage my account.
The subscription model is extremely aggressive. There is no straightforward way to cancel it. My dog didn’t like the product, so I tried contacting customer service several times by email to discuss cancelling, but again, I received no response.
The following month, they took another payment and sent another order. This time I received both products, but as I had already explained, my dog would not eat them. I contacted them again, asking them to stop the subscription, but they ignored me.
Then they attempted to take payment for a third time. I tried everything I could think of—using my computer, iPad, and different browsers—but there was simply no way to cancel the subscription. I have never experienced anything like this with any other company.
In the end, I had to empty the bank account linked to the subscription because every time money was deposited, they immediately attempted to take another payment. I eventually had to contact my bank and block this company from taking any further payments.
I will need my hard earned monies back!
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.it took me 3!!!! months to be able to stop them charging me! The lack of customer support and the difficulty of cancelling the subscription are completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company. Daylight robbery !!!
PetLabCo. product has been effective and easy to administer. I put my monthly order on hold recently and it was sent out anyway and I was charged. I emailed them about the mistake. PetLabCo. immediately reimbursed me and told me to keep the product. It was very easy to deal with their customer service support team. A+ company in my book.

My dog has been a steady customer for much more than a few months.

A shipment never made it to me. The tracking indicated that the product shipped but was not delivered. PetLab Co customer service was very quick in responding and resolving my problem. Thank you!

I've been giving my girls the dental powder for quite a while I'm on the auto subscription plan very recently I got an email of a special you were offering I decided to put an order in and received it last week Yesterday I got a notice that my auto refill had been shipped When offering to new clients, it would be great if an discount offer was given to subscription clients

So far the products seem to do exactly what they're advertised to do. We use the dental sticks and the dental powder. My 40 pound Queensland healer had the worst breath you could imagine and it's gotten remarkably better. Her mouth used to smell like a fish tank. It's not fresh breath yet but it's improving.
