Amazing customer service, amazing pillows - best ever nights sleep

I’m really fussy when it comes to value and quality, but this pillow exceeded my expectations. The quality is outstanding (I highly recommend getting the enhanced ticking casing), the comfort is excellent, and the customer service was top notch.

E-mails were responded to within hours which made the whole experience even better.

When you think about how many hours you spend sleeping, it’s worth getting a pillow that’s actually comfortable.

I’ll definitely be buying any future pillows that I need from here.Honestly, I can't recommend them enough.

Just seen the absolutely disgusting bitchy review that this company put online about one of their own customers wearing one of their pieces at Cheltenham. Disgraceful!

I had a great experience from start to finish. I ordered two feather cushion inserts. The website specified that I didn't need to buy larger ones in order to fill the covers, and they were right. The inserts arrived well packaged and in good time, and they're a lovely quality. They fit the covers perfectly. I'm very pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend.

No informative email. No notification of dispatch. No response to my questioning email when I'd heard nothing. Just a short, blunt notification of a refund three weeks later... Not good enough... When a business can't fulfill an order it's only right to send some sort of apology. These people aren't just incompetent, they're downright rude as well. They seem to think they're above any common communication... Don't bother...

I didn't want to write a negative review for this company as they are an independent business and I think it's important to shop local wherever possible but there has been a disappointing lack of contact and resolution to my issue.

I purchased a feather pillow but after very briefly lying on it/trying it out I could tell that it wasn't the right pillow filling for me. I emailed the company asking for a refund/return and they advised me that I could have some feathers taken out of it but I didn't think this would help therefore I requested a refund (as was my rights within 14 days). After this I received no further correspondence despite contacting the company again to follow up. I will happily remove this review if the issue is resolved.

Wow! The Feather Company have solved my long standing and extremely frustrating problem of flat lumpy cushions on my (stupidly expensive) Loaf Sofa.
I spoke with Gareth who was lovely, and he explained that my aforementioned cushions could be replaced with plump, easy to care for cushions that don’t need beating into shape every day.
My new cushions arrived today, after a super quick turnaround, and they are perfect!
I cannot rate this company highly enough, from start to finish they’ve gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend them. They’ve saved my sofa!

What a brilliant company. Communications were great and Gareth was very helpful and ensured our order was quickly and professionally carried out. They made our six scatter cushions and two large chair backs come back to life. Chair backs a combination of foam/feather and cushions feather….a truly fabulous job. Parcel arrived quickly. I recently ordered some feather wrapped cushions for our sofa. It was a family heirloom and badly in need of new seat cushions after a full renovation of the frame.
Gareth was quick to advise on the best thickness that we needed and I ordered to his recommendations.

Ordered two soft fill pillows on the 21st, arrived on the 24th well packed - no chance of weather damage if left on the step. The pillows are exactly as advertised and are very comfortable. An excellent service from start to finish. Will use again and recommend to friends and family.

Hats off to Gareth Monro and all at the Feather Company for providing superb customer service. Like a previous reviewer, his company replaced the feather cushions on our OKA Coleridge sofa. They are now firm, comfortable, complement the aesthetic of the sofa and no longer require constant ‘plumping’. Gareth is wonderful - he responds immediately to all enquiries and requests, is extremely personable and very authentic. The order was completed within a fortnight (a week earlier than anticipated) and the goods were shipped and received the following day. This is the first time I’ve been inclined to write a customer review on line - a testimony to this company’s exceptional products and service. Ten stars would not be enough! Massive thanks to ALL at the Feather Company.

Brilliant service from this family business. I live in London and had a very tired sofa. I was hesitant to use a business so far away for bulky items like sofa cushions, but my experience with them has been absolutely wonderful. I received excellent advice when deciding about suitable fillings. It was easy to send the cushion covers to them, and a short while later my beautiful perfect new cushions arrived, expertly delivered by courier. We effectively have a brand new sofa for a fraction of the price! Fantastic communication and service throughout, and I'm delighted to highly recommend The Feather Company! I will definitely be using them again.

Top quality replacement cushion filling and service.
We have 2 fourteen year old armchairs which we love and look like new, but seat cushions had sagged. Found TFC and contacted Gareth who was very responsive and helpful. Straight forward to order replacement feather surrounded foam replacement fillers. Replacements arrived on time and we'll wrapped.
Top quality as the feathers are stitched into quilting with the foam central core sandwiched between and accessible. Clearly substantial, made to last and very comfortable.
Would recommend using this family firm.
