Worst experience my money is stuck ordered a 4 Loreal products, only one delivered

I ordered two hair colours from Beauty Basket, even after 10 days the status was showing as processing. Sent multiple emails and tried to contact them through phone but didn't receive any response. After 10 days I got a refund for one product and another got delivered. The seller seems geniune but it will be really helpful if they provide Live tracking of the product and respond actively for any queries.

Thank you Laura for rectifying my order absolutely terrific customer care services. I will definitely shop here again.

Very pleased. Received item within 2 days of ordering.

I was nervous to use this website because I have never heard of them, could not find much info about them either.
It turns out to be one of the best !!
I ordered a few lip balms one morning then it arrived the following morning, and they were in this cutest pink box!
I highly recommend them!!

A very disappointing experience. The product was faulty (face cream had gone off, it smelled awful and was yellow in colour) I have bought this product before from other suppliers so I know what it smells like. The customers services struggled to understand the issue and kept making excuses, they implied there was no fault before the product had even been returned which was not helpful. There was a lot of back and forth in emails and a refund was issues as when the other creams in stock were checked for a replacement all the creams were yellow, customer service were insistent that they had not gone off. It’s important to listen to a customer and not imply that there are making it up. I bought the same cream in Boots and paid twice as much for it but I had no issues. I will not shop at the beauty basket again I’m afraid, the prices are good but I don’t want the experience again I’d rather pay more and get a product that I can use.

I was a bit sceptical ordering from this site as I could not find any reviews online about them and especially since they had a sale on perfumes and other sites didn’t on the same perfumes. I decided to take a chance and buy something small to see would it arrive and it did!!! The delivery was fast, the item was well packaged! It was presented in a pink box too and when opened the overwhelming sent of perfume inside was lush!! It was a beautiful touch! I also absolutely love their birthday bundles on their site and in which are also reasonably priced! I have since decided to purchase one of these too. I highly recommend this site and hope to see this company do well!
