This company is really good to work with when you have the issues. From my experience if things don’t come on time just wait a little bit longer. If you finally need help they are quick to respond and quick to fix the issues. Now to the product. My girlfriend was very happy with what she got and stated that everything was very comfortable and looks great.

Ordered January 2nd. Items were never shipped. Contacted the company and requested a refund which they refused. They said there was a problem with the original package and they will reship. Sent a new tracking number which says the same thing as the original - shipping label created but shipper does not have the package. This company also claims to be in BC, Canada but both tracking numbers indicate items coming from China. Very deceptive business practice and I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company.
Editing to add that I had a message from
Trust Pilot this morning saying “the business thought my review belonged to another company.” How ridiculous!!! There are a tons of one star reviews from people who have had the same terrible experience as me, and the company knows full well that my review was placed with the right organization. Yet another example of their deceptive business practices! File a claim with your credit card company if they do this to you and let them deal with your bank instead of taking advantage of consumers.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. It just started with an email went on from there. Everything worked out great. Love the sweatshirt dresses, I now have 6 in great colors.

Ordered early December, was given notice it would arrive before Christmas. Never came. Emailed customer support and they said it got lost in shipping. Said they would reorder the order and to expect it in 10 days. That was 14 days ago and no tracking has been provided. Be careful.

My shipment was divided in 2 parcels (I ordered 4 hoodie dresses for myself, 2 for my daughter and 2 for my granddaughter) and when they didn’t arrive all at once, customer service was quick to assess and reassure me that the second parcel was on its way (arrived the next day actually). The company was willing to reship the missing items should I not receive them (in case of loss in transit)
I love my hoodies and this company has the best customer service, hands down.

Took over month to receive order. Cheap Not worth the price, not well sewn. Not worth over $10 and I paid $27 ea for 5 and that was one free! One was not in the Warmy plastic bag prob a return one. No tags or size on any. Very disappointed.

Great customer service! Reached out for help with exchanging a holiday gift (preferred different style/size) and they responded instantly and are sending a different product/size. Original sweatshirt is so warm and cozy, so I'm looking forward to the new one's arrival.

It took 5+ weeks longer than it should, even though I paid extra or it to be expedited, and when it finally came, I only got half my order. I thought it was poor form for them to not refund at least the money I paid for fast shipping considering I didn't get my order in time to present them as gifts in the time frame I wanted. Product was fine. Horrendous execution of customer service and shipping.

My husband made a purchase as a Christmas present but apparently bought too early. When we tried to ask for a request for a return we were told no. I have no Interest in the items I were sent. Lack of service to support, no alternative options given, no exceptions. Not a place I would ever shop again since you're stuck with your purchase. Both items I was given are in original packaging. Just another reason why I don't buy from online only businesses.

I ordered two items. One of the items had a small issue--the front pouch pocket was not completely sewn across the top. I am not tech savvy, so when I tried to fill out the online return form, I had some difficulty. I reached out to the customer service center, and an excellent representative named Andi helped me from start to finish! I am very grateful.

Worst experience ever! I ordered 4, received 2, over 8 weeks later. Still have 2 that I paid for and never received. Support has said on its way and they mailed to Virginia when I live in New Jersey. Now support says they’ll ship another 2 but over 2-3 weeks and zero delivery. This company is a fraud and ordering from them is equal to flushing your money down the toilet.

It's been a month and I still have not received my 4 sweaters. I reached out to customer service and keep getting told that it is on the way. Today I received an email saying that the order is ready meanwhile it was supposed to be on the way. Going to ask for my money back. Highly disappointed.😡😡 Update. Today is January 20th and I ordered on December 16th and never received anything so I asked for refund. Got an email saying that I will be refunded. Highly disappointed that this order was so bad and my wife won't get her sweaters.

I was so excited about ordering my hoodies that I forgot to enter my discount code. I replied to the confirmation email, asking if they could apply the discount, thinking “they’ve already got my money”. Well, they emailed back with a credit on my card ~ that’s great customer service! I can’t wait to get them!!

I ordered blankets as Christmas gifts I expedited shipping order was placed on the 10th and still hasn’t shown up and i’m still trying to get my money back!
This company says they’re from Canada, but the items were shipped by China Post out of China and lost somewhere in the process
The ads are a bit deceptive…bought 2 and they don’t come in a gift box. The quality was nothing special and kind of cheap looking. The ads make it look more luxurious than it really is. Return was easy but you pay for shipping and a restocking fee.

It was a whirlwind trying to get the hoodies in time for Christmas. They arrived Jan 14, but ordered Dec 10. Since there was a huge mishap, they refunded me and allowed me to keep my order still for all the confusion . Customer service turned out very good.
