I had a concern about my purchase arriving in time for Valentine’s Day as a present for my wife from our son. The package was unable to be tracked by the original # I was given so I reached out to the customer service and received a response almost immediately from a rep named Andi, who was beyond helpful. I was quickly given the correct tracking info and assured that I would have the package in time! As promised, it showed up the next day and my wife couldn’t be happier!

For some reason, the shipping company returned my order to Warmy. The support staff at Warmy were fantastic. They answered my questions very quickly. They expedited the “reorder” of my order. Other companies could take a lesson from the awesome customer service from Warmy

Ordered 2 hoodie dresses for my wife for our Valentine's Day getaway more than 2 weeks in advance. I was prepared to use expedited shipping just in case but was assured it would get here. Well now it is still in transit and was contacted by Thewarmy that it will be here on Tuesday the 17th. THREE DAYS after the date it was bought for. Buyer beware of this ass backwards company. They better get their shipping issues fixed or they are gonna lose a lot more business. I do not recommend.

Originally placed order 1/15/26. No shipping updates after the initial receipt of order. I had to reach out multiple times and threaten to cancel before I started receiving shipping updates. I don’t think they had shipped the product until after my third complaint. Shipping updates again stopped 2/6. Still don’t have the product which I paid for mid January.

I accidently ordered the wrong size, I emailed support to tell them I needed to change sizes. Within 20 minutes I received an email back stating that they made the change to the correct size! This was on a Sunday afternoon! Loved the quick response!

Would not even give this company one star but I have no choice… did not receive items from dec 17…have sent 4 emails no response, and apparently outside the timeframe for refund….which I never received product. COMPLETE SCAM this company
ordered on 1/4/26 and two weeks later it still hadn't shipped. i asked for an update and they said it was lost and would send out another order right away.
Today, it has been "out for deliver" in Tampa, FL for one week. Considering I live over 3,000 miles from there, it is likely a scam or lost. Asked for a refund, and was told I could not get one because it could still arrive.
14 emails between me and "customer service". no genuine help, just a canned AI response and the same tired tracking link that shows me exactly what I have already told them
Ordered through the Shop App and have contacted them as well as my bank. At this point, I have given up on my order, and just want my money back.
Unfortunately for them, I don't give up easily. Also, it appears they have not approved or deleted my review on the Shop App so beware of that as well!!
**Edit: After this review and contacting my bank, they refunded me $15. About 20% of what I paid to not have the product. Still pursuing a full refund.
***Edit #2: received a full refund today. No explanation, no apology. Just cash. Which is fine. Still disappointed since I was looking forward to the product. Also a good warning that it looks like they can filter out reviews on Shop App. Good to know for the future.

I have been waiting almost two months for my second order. My first order arrived within 10 days, one of the main reasons I chose to purchase a second order. It is now 2.5 months waiting . The tracker indicates it is sitting in one place for the last month. Customer service has done nothing.

I got two from my husband at Christmas and fell in love. I decided to order 4 more. I place my order almost three weeks ago and checked the tracker as soon as I received the tracking information. My package reached my state on 1/24 then no update until 1/29 “in transit to next facility “ and then nothing. I have been going back and fourth through email with CS and they are absolutely horrible!! USPS say the package has not been scanned in over seven days & the sender must report missing packages and WARMY still wants to wait and will not replace my order. Horrible customer service

The coziest and comfiest sweater I have ever owned. It washes well and looks amazing with leggings, yoga pants or jeans. I have several (10) of them and always get compliments whenever I wear. Customer Service is quick in response and great to deal with. If you're thinking of purchasing...do it!!

I ordered 2 of the warmy hoodies, 2 different colors, got 2 of the same color. I emailed about the mixup, immediately got a response apologizing and the corrected hoodie was sent out, no return necessary on the "wrong" item. I am deeply impressed. Alot of online companies are a hoax and have little or no customer support, I was pleased at the support I received.

Made an error with my order on a Sunday evening and sent customer service a request for corrections and refunds for the error. Someone emailed me back showing the error was corrected, money refunded to my card, and all this on a Sunday evening! 10/10 service, will definitely refer people and continue to order from them! Great product, but absolutely terrible service. I ordered 2 for Christmas and received them at the discounted price. They sent me the wrong color. I counted customer service after a week. I asked for an exchange to get the right color, and they gave me a gift card, but they didn't cover the cost of the replacement, plus I had to pay shipping again for their mistake. I reordered it on January 17, and it has been sitting ready to be picked up by the carrier since January 18. Today is February the first, and I have yet to receive the correct purchase.
As of Feb 15, I still have not recieved my order. I would post a picture if they allowed me too

For starters, I got one of their hoodie dresses as a gift for the holidays and immediately knew deep in my soul that I needed more of them. Especially as my favorite color is pink and I got a purple one, must be remedied. So naturally, now I have one for half of the days of the week lol
But in getting there, one of my packages hadn’t been delivered after a while so I reached out to customer service, speedy communication, and they said to presume it was lost and they would send a replacement. They even let me change one of the colors when I asked if that was possible. Just so accommodating, such a pleasure to work with. Whenever I can get more hoodie dresses, I’m gonna! You guys are wonderful, thank you for making something deliciously cozy to block out the chill of frigid New England winter.

I ordered a good amount of hoodies for Christmas, like a few hundred dollars worth. A few were extremely late, and the rest that i ordered went to a whole other house MILES away like hours away from me. When it was late i originally reached out and they said that it would come late. It’s unacceptable that they were all so late in the first place but to make matters worse i emailed them about my issue and they never awnsered. I spent money on items i never got and the hoodies that did come were low quality and just did not fit correctly. I am extremely dissatisfied with my order. The fact no one reached back out to me to rectify my issue when i’ve emailed multiple times is ridiculous. I even paid extra to get it shipped early, which I should’ve got a refund for that alone but i didn’t. I now have to go through my bank to dispute the charge because i am not getting any kind of response. Essentially i’ve been scammed. Do not order from these people.
