The order came fast. I had a problem with them sending the wrong color but they gave me a refund since they were out of the color I wanted.

Edited and now should be .25 stars. Warmy responded to this review and said they were sorry and for me to send the order number to see if there was anything they could do on the very same day. I responded to their email in post within an hour. Crickets!!! Nada!!!! Nothing!!!! That’s the experience I have had with this company and therefore I want to drop the rating to less than 1 star

Ordered on Feb 4 as a Valentine’s Day Gift. Ordered 3 to get a 4th free along with a Gift bag and card. Received on Feb 17, no gift bag or card and wrong colors. Customer service wouldn’t take responsibility and has excuses. Wouldn’t have cared until I see I’m not the only one they did this to.
Spent over $120 for a gift that came 3 days late and wrong colors. Because the gift was complimentary the response was if available.
Had I read the reviews I would have never purchased from this company.

I had order 2 Warmy hoodies. When received, I really loved the dark grey but there was an issue with the pink hoody. Once notified, they immediately sent me another hoody of my choice. The red one arrived quickly, gorgeous! They are both so cozy and comfortable! I highly recommend and will definitely get another color. Thank you so much, wonderful customer service!!!

The colours are delish! Very good looking and feminine without be too girly. I am so not into dress up. I am into comfort and these are perfect. I bought the purple and it is so pretty and looks good with my skin tone. I had a bit of an issue but their customer service was spot on. They answered quickly and took care of me above and beyond what I expected. I have bought more and am anxiously waiting for the shipment. Give these a try, you won’t be disappointed. Love my Warmy

I order 2 hoodies from this company on January 28, 2026. It’s February 17, 2026, and still has not arrived. Customer service is beyond terrible as they just send cookie cutter responses. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!

Delivery took only 7 business days.
My wife and daughter both lived theirs (I got them dress hoodies).
The slits up the sides are a really nice feature.

Ordered 4 total hoodies on 2/6 with an expected delivery date of 2/12. The website said the day I ordered was the last day to order and receive them by Valentine's Day
Tracking update said they aren't even in NY yet!!
Customer service doesn't seem to care, just gave me some cookie cutter response about where to find my tracking info

This company is very dishonest about it's shipping. I can't say what the product quality is because it's not here. They jad a guaranteed Valentine's Day arrival and now are saying that this is only applicable if you choose expedited shipping, something that wasn't there when I ordered.
Their response: To clarify, the guaranteed delivery on Valentines day is for the express shipping only which is 3-5 days and not applicable for Standard delivery.
Don't trust this company with your purchase arriving on time. I didn't look at reviews until after and should have looked before buying.
Update 2/17/26 - no surprise, still not here. It managed to make its way from NY to NJ in 3 days, though. What progress. This is the latest response when I asked for screenshots of their limits on guaranteed shipping:

Ordered 2 weeks ago, paid for expedited shipping ... still hasn't shipped. I have been seeing a lot of complaints about this company, poor customer service, and very poor quality product. I will dispute with my credit card company while I'm still within the window to dispute. Stay away from this company.

It’s just a regular cheap $10 Chinese made hoodie with slits in the side. It’s not any longer than a regular hoodie. My wife was pleasantly suprised when she saw “The Warmy” but after opening it she was sadly disappointed. Not as advertised. Typical China drop shipping garbage.
Ordered this 3 weeks ago and still no sign of it shipping, starting to believe it was a scam. No real person to talk to and just keep getting the same automated response!!!

I initially purchased my order for my trip and a gift for my sister who would be coming in town. However it didnt arrive on time. That was frustrating but connecting with the customer support team helped. I was aware there may be complications because of the nation wide snow storm but they quickly responded, advised my initial package was lost in the mail and issued a new order. I was hoping to receive it faster but there were still some delays. But I reached back out to the customer service line that helped me track it down.
The hoodies themselves are so soft and I give that 5 🌟

I am writing this so other shoppers do not go through the horrible experience I went through with Warmy. Order got lost, I had to email them 2 times to tell them this. Then they say yes your product got returned(no crap been telling yall that). They tell me we will send you a replacement out. I say great can you expedite it to me. This was supposed to be a valentine present for my wife. They responded, with there standard shipping terms. I mean no customer service with this company at all. This has to be a scam or the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

All seemed fine until the package was shipped. The tracking number provided was for some random 3rd party that would eventually hand the package off to USPS. It took me contacting the support email to get the actual USPS tracking number. Once I had that and was able to monitor it. The package went round and round to the same usps locations 3 times. Because it turns out the tracking number and label combination they used were fraudulent/counterfeit. When this was mentioned to the support team, they decided it was not their responsibility to look into this and it was, in fact, mine. I did let them know that they were. I let them know they were n fact, the ones who caused the issue, so they should be doing that, they disagreed. After opening a support case with the postal service, it took numerous postal service employees multiple days in order to get this corrected. Once they contacted me they informed me that I had incurred additional postal charges to get this corrected because it was counterfeit. Once I let the company know they decided the best that they could do was refund the additional shipping charges. When I let them know that due to the amount of time I had put into and lack of support I had received from them that that wasn't good enough. They informed me that the next step I could do would just be to return the item. I have never worked with a company so outright egregious, and after contacting support it definitely feels like this company is completely a scam and I believe they were hoping I would just return the item so that I could pay additional fees to restock it and in turn not get the item. No matter what you do, do not shop from them.Find someone else selling a similar product.I almost guarantee you will have a better experience.
