Zero Customer support

Although I like the towels, 3 of them had snags on them. I returned them for an exchange but have yet to get them. Customer service is an absolute nightmare. You can’t speak to anyone & they claim to respond to email within 24 hours- its more like weeks & thats after sending multiple emails. Im to the point where I need to file a complaint with my credit card.

5 Stars: Amazing Quality & Beautiful Designs!
I am absolutely in love with my recent Teema organic cotton purchases! The quality is outstanding, and the patterns are simply beautiful. I picked up a few blankets and towels, and I couldn't be happier with them:
The Waffle Blanket in Fog – so cozy and has a lovely texture.
The Seasons Blanket in Cream – perfect for the current Vancouver weather! It's warm and snuggly but not too heavy, ideal for those cozy evenings.
The Linen Herringbone Throw in Natura – such a classic, beautiful addition to my home.
The Navy Labyrinth Towel and The Grey Zion Towel – both are generously sized and soft. They’re so large they could even double as a shawl! I love how versatile they are and can already see many uses beyond just towels.
I washed everything in warm water and tumble-dried them on medium heat, and they came out even softer than before. The quality is incredible, and I can tell these pieces will last for years.
Next on my wishlist is the White Labyrinth Blanket—I'm already saving up for it!
Teema has definitely earned a loyal customer here. Highly recommend!

cannot get a response from customer service

i received towels I want to return. The only way to initiate a return is to email them--that's what their website tells you to do. I have emailed now 3 time over 10 days and have gotten no response, not even an automated response. The return policy is very restrictive (my bad for not digging deep enough on their website)--and I only have a limited time window for returns, so it is very frustrating and distressing that I can get no response when directed to email to start a return. I would not recommend to anyone.

Teema, terrible customer service

The company issued a tracking number and still over a week later did not ship my order. I contacted them to see if it was lost. They ignored my inquiry. I called my credit card company to dispute; then received an email that they did not receive my first email and they already shipped. I included my first email and I wanted my order cancelled because it had been weeks and the birthday I purchased the items for had passed so I no longer need the Teema towels. FYI I bought the sand cloud towels and they came in 4 days as promised; perfectly. Teema towels customer service is awful. They said since it already “shipped” like 4 weeks ago I would need to pay to return them. Awful customer service.

Exactly What I Wanted

I needed a lightweight wrap for my overly air-conditioned office and saw Teema advertised on Instagram. Checked out their website and decided to order one. Product came quickly and was beautifully made -- just what I was looking for. I was so pleased, I ordered two more. My experience was very positive and I highly recommend Teema.

Their customer service sucks

Their customer service sucks. I ordered a bundle. Never received tracking number. Contacted customer service and I get this reply, "Sorry you feel that way. I'm definitely trying over here." after telling him I got vague answers from the last rep I spoke with. Also, finally received my bundle missing 2 towels. Been waiting 2 days so far for a response and am getting nothing. I tried their phone number and their mailbox is full. Also, tried filling out the form on the website and is getting nothing. I love supporting small businesses but if your business gets so busy that you can't keep up with customer service, hire more people or you will just make people pissed off. Will update if I ever get a response.
