I was having an issue accessing my virtual gift card. Within 5 minutes the issue was resolved and I was able to use the gift card. My rep was so fast and efficient.

Tango cards expire after only a month. One must also go through a convoluted multi step process online to redeem them. They are not worth my time.

I had an issue with my redemption url. The 24/7 support bot asked enough questions to know what was going on and then fed my query through to the humans who were able to access the link and send me the voucher details. Very friendly and professional.

Dishonest Bonus offers! The offers are always the same! They must think we're all stupid! Trust me i know because ive spent £1000's with Tango and i see there patterns! A good platform but theyre far to greedy and that will be there downfall trust me ! Im anticipating a silly justification no doubt! Would love to give this a better rating but have found Tango Card has extremely limited options within NZ (only 8 options most of which aren't useful) compared to other countries with 24+ options. Our company switched to Tango because it's available in so many regions, so I'm stuck with this. If you could grow these options out I would 100% change this rating.
