Cream brilliant. Make my skin so soft and glowy.

On 07.10.25 I ordered few products from Taramar. In the ordering process I had made a mistake by entering my shipping and billing address in the opposite way (normally first one is shipping address and after billing address if they are different but here it was the other way around). As soon as I hit order, I saw that addresses were wrong and emailed them instantly.

This was a huge problem because my shipping address actually was Switzerland but billing address was UK. I emailed them for 4 days in the row asking to stop the delivery, change the address and so on, and I received no response. The package actually was dispatched and delivered to UK.

Thankfully I was able to solve something with DHL and change my UK destination to my friends house because I don’t live in that address (or UK for the matter). So my package now is still in UK, I can understand how this all middle-man situation has delayed me of receiving the package finally. And once the package will finally arrive, it will cost me loads- delivery charges (which were free with Taramar because I on purpose filled my basket to be over $200 to get free postage) and massive customs fees.

Ok, I can understand that- mistakes are made and I take my part here. But what I cannot understand is how Taramar has successfully ignored me for 3 weeks and not have tried to help me sort this out. I know this is a tricky situation but it could have been somewhat less messy if they helped me in the first place. With advice to perhaps send the package back, to refuse the delivery or whatever. I considered this option but when nobody has contacted me back, where is the guarantee that they will refund my money once the package is delivered back to sender if they ignore my existence as a customer?

Anyway, This was already second time ordering from Taramar, first time I ordered 3 products and one of them was clearly half full. I couldn’t be 100% sure at the beginning but once that bottle was empty way way way earlier than others- I knew. Still, I wanted to give a second chance, this just might have been an error, and products do seem good and I love the natural and clean ingredient promise. Now, no matter what the product quality is like- I will never order from Taramar again, as these products are not cheap and I do expect miles better service and customer experience AND full bottles of course. The work just seems sloppy and careless. Maybe I was just unlucky but this is so rare when I need to leave such a negative review and I restrained for a long time but I had to- I spent around $550 dollars in those two orders and this type of experience is not acceptable. I have been using a combination of both the Lighten and Rejuvenate oils. It’s definitely made a difference to my skin, it feels brighter and more radiant.
It hasn’t reduced my scarring hyperpigmentation greatly but I assume this is due to the fact that these are long term scars which are most likely deep rooted therefore will take time. But will definitely continue to use as I love how my skin feels and looks in the morning.
I would also like to say customer service has always been on point, recently had an issue with delivery but response was immediate and sorted asap.

The company did well in communicating with me as a customer , their response was quick and easy to get back . The shipping and the delivery time are all good.
According to the product (Lighten) it doesn’t work as advertised all what I achieved was the temp glow. I’m not satisfied with the results.

I have been using this product for several months now and have definitely seen a lightning of the dark spots on my face and some have totally disappeared!! Definitely works.

Overall, I highly recommend Tamaar Skin Lightening Oil for anyone looking to achieve a more even skin tone and reduce hyperpigmentation. I’ve had no irritation or allergic reactions whilst using the oil. 
Easy to apply, it absorbs quickly, leaving skin smooth and very soft. My skin looks brighter after using the oil for a few weeks. I’m still doing the trial and wanted express that the customer care derive from Jessie has been very helpful.

I have been using the Advanced Natural Lightening face oil for over 3 months now. My face feels supple and softer now, but I don't see much difference in my dark spots. I normally use 3-4 drops for my whole face and use my gua sha to work the oil into my din. I like the dropper bottle, especially the top part it's a big bigger that normal ones so it's easier to squeeze.

Used my first bottle. Can see a more even skin tone👍👍

I have been using the Lightening Face Oil by Tamaar since Christmas and have noticed subtle changes to my complexion and scars. My friends and family have also noticed the changes in my complexion and have commented positively.

Additionally, the service and advice offered by the Tamaar team have been really good, especially Jessie who has answered all my questions. As initially I was a bit weary of using oil on my face as I have oily skin. I am planning to continue using this oil as part of my face regime.

I've been using the Lighting oil for almost three months now and I love it. The oil itself is not too thick nor too thin. It goes into the skin very nicely and after I use it, my skin feels nourished and moisturised. I get a nice glow and have had a number of compliments on how my skin looks. It has had a subtle brightening effect and especially helps with newer scars. I will continue to use it as it gives me everything I want from an oil. Strongly recommend it.

I ordered their balancing oil to help treat my acne. It really helped hydrate my skin and clear my acne.

I have been using the Balance Sebum Balancing Face oil for the past 3 weeks and amazed by the results.

The serum makes my skin soft and moist. My skin stays hydrated all day. Highly recommended for a dry skin or as a winter product. Love it!

My order was received but the bottle had leaked in the packaging ( I have also included pictures on the email)
The bottle was only a quarter full although it was packaged securely so not sure why this has happened..

I have been using the Tamaar lightening oil for the last 6 weeks now. It feels very luxurious and I apply it at night as an overnight treatment. It has no smell so is very suitable to be used at night . I have started to noticed suttle changes already to the hyperpigmentation I had around my mouth.  This will be a regular part of my night time skincare routine.
