I'm reviewing customer service, not the product. The company did send me a refund for the 3 bottles I purchased and then subsequently returned without opening them. Their communication could see improvement by responding within a few days compared to a week. I didnt try the product so I can't review if it works or not.

This company is a scam, do not waste your money! I purchased 6 bottles to “save” since they offered a 100% guarantee. They know it takes 2 to 3 months for your body to fully adjust and see results (which is why they offer a 100% guarantee). My husband and I both took this product as directed for 2 months with no results so I decided to return the 2 unopened bottles and ask for the full refund which was guaranteed. The customer service response tried offering me a discounted refund to which declined 4 times demanding 100% refund as guaranteed. This has been going on since April! The last response from them stated they “confirmed” the refund was processed May12th and gave me a bogus confirmation number to check with my bank. It is June 28th and they still have not refunded even the 2 unopened bottles they confirmed they received. Buyer beware and do not expect a refund when it doesn’t work. Unfortunately I didn’t research the product to see all the negative reviews because of course they only list 48 reviews on their website with 4.8 to 5 stars.

Not only doesn't SynoCell work, their return policy is bullshit. DON'T BUY IT!

I wish I read "REAL" review --- Product did nothing...Money back guarantee is a joke. Emailed within 60 days, however, they say you have to email within 30 days to request for 90% refund... purchased 6 month usage...had to jump through hoops to get a partial return....SCAM, SCAM...Stay away!

Does not work for me. Can not return product by calling. Have to email. Waiting to hear from them. Hard to reach, unless you are purchasing. I do not recommend, as customer service is ridiculously awful.

I watched what he said was 30 seconds and it went to almost 30 minutes. And for some reason the last few minutes I wanted to see stopped. Another story from something else came up. I was like, what happened? I couldn't fast forward if I tried to watch him again. So I was a little interested and exciting because if I could see my knees back to their young old self, let's do it. But I looked him up to make sure this was legit and it shows where he and the phone #. I called that number and he wasn't there. I asked if she get calls for him and she said yes. I asked if she knew of his products and she said yes but she couldn't talk about it. It must happen to her every day. Frustrating.

I don't think it's doing anything. To be fair, I'm only taking one pill, not two but by now I should see something. I think it's a waste of money. Also, the doctor who promotes it on his video...well when you dig further, a different doctor claims to have invented it. Their website was a problem, too.

Bought 6 bottles (a six-month supply) with an alleged money-back guarantee. The company advised 60-day usage to achieve a benefit. The six bottles cost $250. At the end of sixty days with no improvement, I returned the remaining four bottles. I received a refund of $189. I called the company and was told that one can only get a full refund if five bottles were returned (after only thirty days of usage). Even though I was advised by the rep that I should try it for sixty day to get better results, it wasn't a full money-back guarantee. Beware!

Watched the whole long presentation, no 3 ingredient drink. SCAM! Just another snake oil salesman

Don't waste your time. I'm in lots of pain with 2 fractures in back. Guess being in so much pain interferes with thinking, I ordered 1 bottle and they (customer service says 6) sent 6 charging $260. I'm 86 and so mad that doctor would stand behind all this in interest of making more money. Told to return bottles and call them back (run-around) to start refund.

I purchased Synocell based on their advertisement indicating that there was a 90 day, NO QUESTIONS ASKED guaranteed refund if you were not satisfied. After taking an entire bottle, I saw no difference in my mobility, inflammation and pain. I requested a refund and have been getting the “run around” for over a week. The company is not wanting to honor their advertised guarantee!! Not only would not recommend this product, I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. Buyer Beware!

I have arthritis in my hips and the right hip was very painful for years. This pill stopped the pain within 2 weeks. I still have bursitis, but that is in the muscle and not the joint.
I am very happy to be rid of the sharp pain!

Product did not work at all and company does not honor its advertised 90 day money back guarantee. Upon returning the items within the return time, I have not received a refund (3 weeks) and none of the emails or phone number for the Synocell rep that initially responded to me work. Shame on Dr. Kyle Stephenson for putting his name and medical brand behind this unethical company.

SynoCell did absolutely nothing for me, after taking for several months. Don't waste your money.

I was diagnosed with arthritis in my knees which I feel when I go up and down the stairs. Not terrible pain, but more discomfort. I started taking Synocell 2 pills/ day and after only a few days, the pain went away. I thought it was coincidence, so I stopped the pills and within a few days the pain came back. I started again, pain was gone. I did this test one more time, and sure enough the pain returned when I stopped taking it, and went away when I took it. I am sold!!!

I feel SO stupid! How could I have fallen for this CON?? I guess being in pain does that to ones brain. Anyway, I've learned a valuable lesson, and as the great Bruce Williams once said "if this is the most expensive lesson you've ever learned, you've come out lucky!" He's right. And I never got the "free e-books" as promised either. Tried to return the 2 unopened bottles after using the first one for several weeks with NO improvement or noticeable difference. But returning is not possible. SAVE YOUR MONEY, unless you need the lesson! >:-(

I had no good results from this product. I (like a fool) ordered six bottles, after two bottles with no results I tried to return the remaining bottles and was told that it was impossible !!

It's better than nothing, according to my friend. She said she saw a holistic doctor who encouraged her to change her lifestyle if she wanted this and other vitamins to work. She has to follow a healthy diet, water, sleep, and light exercise. She plays pickleball but is about 15 lbs overweight in her late 60s.
