As an update to my last review I have…

As an update to my last review I have been contacted by James from ‘Sync With Style’ via email and have accepted a full refund which I am extremely satisfied with. I had a compressive reply as to how they were looking into my order and what had gone wrong, which is good to hear from a customer service point of view.

Never sent order

Never sent order
I ordered two shirts at Sync With Style and they withdrew the money from my account.
The order was never shipped. I contacted them and never got an answer. In the end the money was refunded to my account.

Updated review.

Following a bad experience, the company has since contacted me and apologised for the way my case was handled. They have assured me that they have changed the way they’re now handling these matters and hope to improve their customer service. As a way of an apology I was gifted a polo belt of my choice.

Avoid purchasing from this company

Really upset to have paid for this bag as a gift for a friend and never receive it despite an email to say it had been dispatched. Bag never arrived, after numerous emails and FB messages to the company, none of which were replied to, I had a random email saying a refund was being issued. No explanation, or apology. To date I'm still waiting for the money to be refunded. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service, in fact it's non existent. Had a prompt email after my payment to say my item had been dispatched. It never arrived. I cannot get hold of anyone at the company not via email, FB messenger or their contact form on the website. I'm so annoyed, I saved money for the item to buy it as a gift for a friend :(

The product was good but service diabolical.

The product, a matching dog collar and lead, were of good quality but the ordering and dispatch system can be atrocious. It took a month for the order to arrive and many of my enquiry emails were never responded to. I only got a response after using messenger and reporting on social media. There was no explanation as to why there was a delay and why my emails were not responded to.

Love this website.

I like all of their products. They are so fashionable and some of their designs are cool and funny. I like the fabric of the T-shirts. Their customer service is good and you can see they what to help you. The shipping was fast and it was well packaged.

Poor customer service.

Poor customer service.
No contact point. No telephone line. Website poor.
Tried emailing many time (in excess 15 emails) and still no response or reply to date.
Is this a real company?
Same product on ebay much more expensive.
Absolutely ridiculous.
