Being a senior I struggle with…
Being a senior I struggle with technology and I made the company aware of this prior to commencement of the conveyance. I was assured that I would be assisted and guided through the process. This was actually the case and Lindsey Zabukas was excellent in reducing the stress levels and helping me when needed. Further to this I found the fees were quite reasonable, I would certainly recommend Switalskis.

Caroline was nothing but amazing…
Caroline was nothing but amazing throughout almost 3 years of fighting my case in regards to an RTA in October 2023. Continuous follow ups and responsive feedback throughout the entire process, and handled the claim amazingly. Couldn't have asked for anyone else to deal with my claim, Caroline is brilliant at what she does and couldn't be recommended more !
