Awful. Inferior products and very expensive. Item didn’t fit and it was made extremely difficult for me to return. I’m now stuck with an item that I can’t wear. Avoid!

As with others poor customer service when trying to return an item, difficult to get any kind of reply & still have no resolution.
Avoid this company.

Awful. Would suggest this is definitely a scam.
Expensive products, I bought shapewear from here, and never received the item.
Have emailed the company twice and used the online contact form. No response. Have tried to call the company and the phone number doesn’t work.
All I can describe this as is theft,

Awful company, no response when trying to return an item. Number on website doesn’t work, I can’t seem to get any response from them.

I needed to return 2 shape wear items. They want photos, said a lengthy process to return and I might need to pay any applicable tax fees.
They agreed to refund partially if I keep the items but I’ve heard nothing more. Expensive items too that I’m now stuck with. Avoid!

Very poor service- don’t buy from this company! I bought the body shapewear to wear under a bridesmaid dress, the body suit has a hole around the bellybutton which had a thick seam around it- you can see it through the dress as I imagine you would with any tightly fitting dress. Emailed for a refund, they wanted a photo of what was wrong with it and then heard nothing back for weeks. ROBBERY!

I purchase some underwear from them which did not fit I have tried numerous time to return this but the keep asking for more. The last email wanted photograph of the item I wanted to return. This is a ridiculous process in which has taken 2 months to try and return 1 item.
