For me the whole process was of a very high standard. From the moment I walked into the South Kensington Branch, the team were welcoming and friendly.
They made a very fair offer, much closer to what I was looking for and then helped with the process of the final paperwork, diligent checks and finally payment that happened within 4 hours. This is the place to go.

A precise valuation was given with a few hours. Considering the large quantity we left them to evaluate.
Once all documantation was supplied the funds were transferred within their timescale. Which could have been even quicker had we not taken time to load and send back the required documents.

Plaster all over their advertising they’re the best people to buy second hand tiffany’s. Send pictures for a quote to be told it isn’t something they buy! Avoid at all costs

A thoroughly professional experience
I went to sell some jewellery left to me by our parents at the Victoria Street branch. Aliza Bahadur was extremely professional taking the time to explain the process as this was my first time there. She valued each of the items thoroughly giving a very fair price with absolutely no pressure to accept the price. For those items that were not of interest, Alize went above and beyond advising me on my options for those items. A wonderful, professional and fair experience. If I do have more jewellery to see, I will be back.

The customer service on call was very helpful. When I visited the store, I was treated with respect and given all the information. The lady answered my many questions very calmly. Gave me sufficient time to think it through and make the decision.
