I’ve had a box for about a year and I’ve had a bunch of issues. Every time I’ve reached out to the customer service they don’t respond or they don’t ever answer my question. Now my box has lost the ability to hook up to my Internet and it will not work and nobody is there to help you.
Do not purchase a superbox to sell. They will aggressively follow every place you sell the boxes and if any websites sales your item even 2 dollars cheaper then there so call price control they will fine you. Or make u hunt down others trying to sell a superbox at a lower price. This boxes do not sell unless you give away alot of other free items. But china based services like temu and tiktok can sell at lower rates.
The superbox i received was not the full package things were not sent just the superbox. The apps were not installed. Trying to get the app downloaded was a 2 day joke that did not work. Took it back to Walmart after the 3rd day . Superbox is a joke don't be fooled.
Bought the super box elite less over a year ago, most of the apps no longer work, watching live sports often disconnects. Surprisingly they created new models without fixing the older boxes apps and access, won’t recommend this brand, they intentionally phase out the apps to make you purchase new ones, I don’t see how they can’t just fix the old apps. Beware.

Love this box ! Only issue I have that it sometimes freezes up and goes back to app’s . You just start over and you’re good to go. So much content so you have lots of choices! Recommend this unit.
That was very pleased my order.King.Ask schedules if not a little earlier than thorn.And it was a very easy set up. I'm hoping that the prices will go down a little bit and make it a little easier to buy multiple products and I have referred the superbox to multiple friends. I would like to see more how to videos about add-ons for the less technical customers.
