Sunshine Bazaar couldn't fill my order and instead of refunding to original payment method they provided a discount code - this is unlawful without agreement from customer. The store was unresponsive to all contact attempts, including phone, email, and online chat. I successfully filed a chargeback - two months later.
Submitted an order and made a payment of over $2,000 on 26/06/2023, received confirmation of the order via e-mail with shipping marked as 1-4 days.
No further correspondence from the merchant and my e-mails and calls went unanswered.
No delivery. No further communication.
Have had to resort to a chargeback through my credit card which has been accepted by the bank.
Scam website. Placed an order, got an order confirmed notification but then got an email with a coupon for their store as a refund. No communication since. Stay away!!!

These guys are linked to organised crime and the banks are taking payments for them. This fraud is ongoing and needs to be stopped.
How are they 2.9 when the only two reviews are 1 star? Same happened to me. Was on holidays, bought some fantails cause I thought they would sell out. Got an email saying they were preparing it, kind of forgot about it, was on holidays. Then tonight told that the delivery was interrupted and her is a discount code. No refund, a code to buy more stuff. I bet they are the ones now selling them for $50 a bag on ebay.
