I still am waiting for receive the product I ordered it has been over a week

I would give them negative stars if I could everything they have done has been incorrect. When I try to reach them I don’t get a a response.

I needed a good standing and was told it would be send to me the same day before EOD. It didn't come then, and it didn't come the following day. I had to call again and ask to send it to me again.

The service was doing rigth & fast but the price for that little service was to expensive.
The goverment for that service charge only
$8.75 & Sundoc charge me $50.00!!! After I purchase it found out and imposible for me to return the transaction.

I'm terribly disappointed by the service. This is my second time using the service. My first experience was terrific which is why I came back. I needed a document apostilled for Mexico via Idaho which was very time sensitive. Last time everything worked like clock-work.
This time they forgot to mail it to Idaho. Thankfully my associate reached out to see why we weren't receiving the document. They should have paid to have it expedited because of their mistake. Instead, they made us pay the 40 dollars. New people in charge? Not sure. But if you have sensitive documents, why take a risk with these people who not only forget to mail your documents, but then insist that you pay? No thanks.

Paperwork was terribly wrong. I’m having issues opening up bank accounts.
