I have used Sugru for so many things! The shower, headphone cables, charging cables, grips on my computer and other electronics, fix a handle, etc. SO useful.

Love it!

Started using it on my computer cords and my son's cables and we love it! Wish we can choose any colour of our choice. Most of it are already packed in sets. Anyway, its great!

I used black Sugru to seal a water butt…

I used black Sugru to seal a water butt tap when I couldn't reach the nut on the inside.... it had fallen off. The Sugru has been strong enough to hold back the water and seal the tap unit

product was delivered on time and in good shape but has not performed the way I hoped. it did not glue my favourite shoe back together

I'm very sorry to hear that your Sugru fix didn't work out as planned, I understand this must have been disappointing.

Sugru fixes to the upper and outer areas of shoes such as patching tears in fabric, or sealing small cracks work very well, but our experience with Sugru fixes to the soles of shoes are very much a mixed bag – the constant impact and abrasion often means these fixes are just not durable enough. We've had several people who have attempted making or attaching whole soles and the results are similarly not so great for the same reasons of durability.

I love my Sugru

I love my Sugru! It's fixed my laptop charger, my coffee grinder, and a pot lid whose handle came off. I hung onto it for 15 years, thinking a solution would present itself - and look! it did!

I'm a Sugru supporter since the beginning of it. This time i've topped up my Sugru stock to build a Lego table for my daughter. I was planning it for a few months ago, but now I've built the perfect Lego 'workshop' for my daughter. She's so happy now ;)
I would had had it when I was a child.

Excellent material

Excellent material, does very well whatever is necessary, but it is always a dilemma is the price. Is the repair or the function worth the money involved. But if this decision is positive then it will be very good.

Surprised

I can honestly say I was skeptical. I was surprised to see how sturdy it feels after hardening. Already know I'll be buying more in the future. I'm looking for reasons to use what I have right now. Not sure if I should break something

Works

I have used it in my refrigerator where the plastic broke to hold the items on the shelf. So far it's working good but it's only been a week.

Long time addict on sugru :)

Long time addict on sugru :) Used it for many various purposes since i found it about 10 years ago. Remember even when sold in bigger packages. That was cool for bigger projects.Should think bout it again?
Most hacks worked well some less and on some materials it just didnt work.
Also i rather buy straight from Sugru as the retailers dont care about usage date.
Got last two in the fridge that says march 2017. And used one just last month and still working fine.....

We always try and send Sugru with as much shelf life as possible but due to storage/logistical reasons within retailers we're unable to guarantee a certain amount of remaining shelf life.

You're right, we use to offer larger sizes, but we stopped making them a few years ago as an overwhelming majority of our users preferred the 5 g single-use packs though I'll pass on your suggestion - thanks.
