Bad experience 4 week delivery time
Heard good things about Strauss but I’m shocked at the level of service , my parcel went missing and when I contacted them they said theve put the correct address on it now and that it should be with me asap , the address was never wrong so how that had happened I don’t know I have been waiting 4 weeks for a pair of trousers and still haven’t received them it’s coming up to 5 weeks will never be ordering from them again.

I recently purchased a pair of your S2 safety work shoes with steel toe protection, and unfortunately I am very disappointed with the comfort.
These are honestly the first work shoes that have ever injured my feet. After wearing them, I got painful blisters and rubbing on my heel and also on my little toe. I expected much better comfort and quality from your brand.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I actually really like Strauss as a company. I own and enjoy several of your clothes and products, and I always considered your brand reliable and comfortable. That is why I chose your safety shoes as well.
The shoes look very good and the design is excellent, but in terms of comfort they are a disaster for me. I cannot wear them properly for long work shifts because they hurt my feet badly.
I wanted to share this feedback because I believe a work shoe should above all be comfortable and safe for daily use.

I'm using engelbert strauss for 8 years already for my business, because the quality never let you down!
I've spent way too much on English brand's but they give up after 3 months...
This will serve you way longer!
Maybe over a year depending on what you order.
Safety shoes are amazing, tshirt are good, caps no way...
I've just received my new order but the box was damaged so bad I was worried something is missing!
But thankfully it was all there!
I have a gardening business to run and I have to give a shout out that they gloves is best 👌 on the market!!!
I would give 5 star but because of the damage on the box was so bad I was worried I miss some items.
It's not cheap at all, but it is worth every penny!!!

Perfecto 100%
From the minute i opened the box an put them on, no doubt they wers light weight an compfortable, feels like they didnt even need a breaking in. Perfecto upto now.
My use for these is on tarmac, i wear them 6days a week and so far soooo good!

Item delivered on the tracking, I was asking neighbours looking in gardens. no note left to inform me that it was returned. When calling it was said it was out for re delivery no expectation when just its out for delivery.
