Kobra 3 V2
I use my Kobra 3 V2 for my business, so any downtime is a huge problem for me. After a recent firmware update, I got a critical sensor error (Error 10129) due to a broken wire. I contacted support and was assisted by Nelson. I was worried it would take weeks of back-and-forth, but Nelson was incredibly fast and efficient. He quickly analyzed my case and immediately approved a warranty replacement for the entire heated bed. The instructions to provide my shipping details were very clear.
I am still waiting for the part to arrive in Brazil, but the customer service experience so far has been perfect. 5 stars for the agility and respect for the customer's time!

Amazing response to trouble tickets.
Bought a replacement printhead for my Kobra 3. When it arrived, there was a firmware mis-match. Submitted a trouble ticket, included the troubleshooting already done and the situation that required the replacement print head, and the first communication back was a link to the firmware I needed so I could manually flash the printer.
Less than an hour later, I was back up and running

Worst printer I have ever bought. Has been problematic since I bought it. Constant problem replacing parts and then the service section has a good response rate but after waiting months for a replacement hot bed they send me the wrong one 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

I ordered a printer begin of the year. I was really excited to get going, but unfortunately there was an issue with 1piece that made the printer unusable for longer prints. The support helped me to figure out the issue and fixed the printer so that I can now print without any issue. They send me replacement pieces that I needed and guided me to find the broken piece. The support was great and so far my prints are great as well.
