Order received as requested and for a very reasonable price
This local business offers great products, service and most of all a great price with free delivery. The manager even called me to confirm the order and delivery. I will use them again.
4/24/26 - after reading other reviews it appears this may not be a local business in Flagstaff but, my experience was pleasant and as stated initially.
Starrluck flowers apparently not a local florist! Beware!
Starrluck flowers took an order for FUNERAL flowers from me, took the money from my bank and then cancelled the order. The flowers were not there for the funeral but I was out the money. It would seem they impersonate themselves as a local florist but actually are based in New York. I DID receive my money back but only after I called and complained again. To all the wonderful people in Tappahannock. VA - this is not your local florist (even though they listed a local address)! Very bad experience!
SCAM Company DO NOT USE
I ordered flowers because this company cancelled the order that my mom had placed over a week before for my daughter's grandmothers funeral and when we got there the flowers were not there and she was very upset about it.
It says that that they deliver same day and they took my order and my money and I received an email that they had cancelled my order and refunded my money that I still have not gotten back.
This has been an incredibly horrible experience and I would hate for anyone else to experience what our family went through.

Do not order from Star Luck Flowers. I ordered flowers for a friend, within 1 hour I had an email from Star Luck
saying they canceled my order. No explanation. 10 business days later I still have no refund

This company took my order
This company took my order, charged my card and canceled my order without calling me. I found out on the day the delivery was supposed to happen! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this fraudulent florist! Now, I have to wait and see if my account was reimbursed for the charges. I tried calling directly and no one answered, all I got was recorded music. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau both in Ventura and Las Vegas, NV!

Complete SCAM! Do Not order from this website. They will engage in conversation and lead you to believe they are reputable. Once you give them your credentials, they will cancel your order hours later and you will not be refunded.
Horrible company
Horrible company. Cancelled order I. Minutes because they couldn't get a company to deliver ànd never issued me a refund. I think this company is just a front that delegates all flower creating and delivering to other companies ànd take some (or all) of the $$. Called. Emailed. No refund. Avoid.

Chasing my Refund
On February 15th we ordered flowers to be delivered to our daughter and the order went through and money was deducted from our account at 246pm. At 323pm, I received an email stating the order was cancelled due to the florist in the area was unable to deliver the flowers. At 327pm, I received another email stating the we would be refunded our funds back to the account. As of February 24, 2026 I reached back out to the company to state we didn’t receive our refund. I was told it would be taken care of immediately. As of April 7, 2026 we still have not received our refund. I have called the company and they had me on hold for about six minutes and they tell me I will receive the refund in 3 business days. I told them if I don’t receive it by then I will be contacting my back to have this charge disputed. This is ridiculous!

Sadly, it's more like what went right. Nothing absolutely nothing. I called 2 days before placing my order, told them what I needed. Was told no problem. Got a quote of $79.99. OK wonderful. Called back 2 days later and asked for the person again. Was passed around 5-6 times ok just went with the next person to pick up. Told the person what I told the person 2 days before. I was given a price of $113.64. Ok done. I gave my info, repeated my email several times. Placed the order ok daughter is getting that birthday gift form mom 1,500 miles away!! I have never order flowers online.... Didn't get the confirmation email right away. OK maybe they send a pic of it, ok cool. Day of delivery yes Easter. I get a feeling. I call I get told they sent an email to cancel that morning. To the WRONG email. They had put an s in it..... But they told me they had sent me an email that morning. So all the thing I set up to go with this gets shot to shit.

I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD. I PURCHASED FROM WHAT SAID TO BE LOCALLY OWNED, FAMILY OPERATED. NO SUCH THING!!!! THE MIN I PLACED MY ORDER AND THEY TOOK THE MONEY, THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL FUNERALS THIS MONTH ALREADY AND CAN'T AFFORD TO HAVE MY MONEY TAKEN AND WILL BE REFUNDED IN 5 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS.

I ordered flowers on 3/13/26. An hour later, I received an email stating it was out of the area of delivery, they would refund my$$. This never happened. I called, they stated me they would refund me the $70.35. Of course it never happened. I'm wondering if any one received what they ordered?
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company
Ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday on 3/22. They immediately emailed they couldn’t fulfill my order and I would receive a refund. At that point the charge was still “pending” so if they truly had sent the refund it would not have posted. It has been more than 10 business days so I just disputed the charge with my bank. Very questionable business!

I read the bad reviews after ordering so I called. Got the same response that they can not deliver to that area an my order was cancelled. I am furious. Sometime they will refund the money but I doubt it. It is a scam and should be shut down
