Should’ve known it was a red flag when they called me after I placed my order to leave a 5 star review. Service was anything but. 3 days late after they kept telling me it was delivered and then on top of that was the wrong flowers. don’t USE THEM
Thieves
Put in a zip code to send flowers for a friends passing. After i filled everything out i realized that its not going to be in the area where i was hoping it would be sent. But it wasn’t after i ordered it on 4/10/2026 it was cancelled. But they still took my money out on the 4/15/2026. In the email said I would be refunded but never was refunded. Been in contact with them threw it. Had to take other steps to get my money back. Maybe $59.53 but it a lot of money to me when living on a budget and trying to send something to a passing of a friend.
Very disappointing that there are still people out there with no morals or respect.
Had to other options to get my money back.
After that it was finally back on my card.

I placed an order a few hours later they canceled it saint the flurries in the area can't complete the order. I received an email saying my refund is being processed weeks later still nothing. I have emailed asking about my refund and u get automated responses back. DO NOT USE!!!!!

Starluck is a scam!
Ordered flowers from Starluck, charged $86.39. Order was cancelled within hours, refunded $51.59!! Starluck never intended to deliver flowers. It’s a scam and Starluck needs shutting down!!

I ordered an Orchid for same day delivery. The order was processed and my credit card was charged, then I received a cancelation email the next day, with no explanation as to why the order was canceled nor any offer to remedy the problem this caused.

When she promised the moon and then told me that my card was declined, I knew it wasn’t possible. Told her I would get another card and call her right back. Went to my credit card’s account and saw that they had declined due to Fraudulent claims filed on this company. Came to Trustpilot and saw all the other complaints and I was grateful for dodging a bullet!

Update: I have received a full refund finally, after multiple emails and conveniently, after I filed a dispute with my bank and a complaint with Better Business Bureau. My purchase and order cancelation date was 4/13. The refund didn't post till 4/28. After reading other reviews, I count myself lucky that I got my money back.
Absolute scam! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Taking advantage of people ordering funeral flowers is the kind of low that I haven't experienced before. Ordered flowers after a tragic and unexpected death of a loved one in another state. They promptly charged me, only to cancel the order a couple of hours later. 13 days later, still no refund. The "refund receipt" is so obviously photoshopped, it's wild. So, on top of grief of losing a loved one, I now beat myself up for not recognizing a scam. SHAME ON YOU!

Be aware - SCAM!!!!!!!
Be aware - the "company" is a scam!!!!! No deliveries, no refunds. All their e-mails sent with promises of refunds have been generated by AI. All "communications" are communications with bots. Nothing real. Calls, emails to them are useless.
To get your money back, if it was payed with a credit card, initiate dispute on your purchase.
Still waiting for a promised refund
Our order was cancelled immediately. An email was posted the same day indicating a refund was processed. Four days later, our credit card was charged for the order. Twenty days later, no refund has been made to our credit card account.

I feel like an idiot for not reading reviews before placing an order. This company is a scam. Your flowers will never be delivered. They take your money and immediately cancel. I am still waiting on my refund, which, by reading other reviews, I am sure I will also never receive and have to file a report with my credit card company. This company needs to be shut down.

FRAUD. Reported them to the BBB they take your order, put the payment through and immediately send an email saying there are no florists in the area. DO NOT give them your information: it's FRAUD. Call the number, there is NO such business.
SCAMMERS! They cancel your order and still charge you
I ordered flowers on line from StarLuck on April 11th, almost immediately they sent an email saying that they could not deliver them and were refunding my money. On April 15th I got a charge on my credit card for the full amount. I emailed them and they replied that they were still "working" on the refund. Now I see numerous others who have had the same experience. Lesson learned! $86.57 down the drain. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
Same Day Delivery sham
I ordered birthday flowers for a client’s daughter’s birthday who was celebrating at one of our luxury properties. It was confirmed for Same Day Delivery and my card was charged. 10pm. No delivery. I attempted to track the order using their tracking system by entering the order number and my email but it does not work. I emailed to find out what was going on and they responded by cancelling the order stating that for some unknown reason, the local florist did not deliver and that they will refund. Huge dissapointment and highly unprofessional. I see this is a regular thing for them. Now I am concerned about them being a potential scam.
