Order Cancelled and no refund given
I placed an order on 3/10/26, shortly after the order was placed it was cancelled. The email said that the florist in my area was unable to deliver the flowers and I would be receiving a refund in 5-10 business days. Not sure how the florist in the area couldn't deliver the flowers when they were scheduled to be delivered for 2 days. It is now 5/6/26 and I still have NOT received my refund! They keep assuring me I will receive my refund. At this point I will be filing fradulent charges with my bank.

There a scam. Tried to buy my long distance bf some stuff they stole 98$ from me and cash apps refund turned into after pay so I still have to pay them automatically.

Flowers never delivered/Refund never received
On 4/9/2026, I placed an order with Starluck for a spray arrangement to be delivered on Saturday, 4/11/2026, for a funeral/wake in North Carolina. My payment was confirmed. Despite this, I received an email on 4/10/26 stating the flowers could not be delivered. This was in direct contradiction to my order instructions. I have made multiple attempts to contact them via email, but have only received stalling responses, with promises of a refund that have not been fulfilled after nearly a month. This is unacceptable, especially given the nature of the order. I am now requesting an immediate refund. If a refund is not processed within 3 business days, I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company for services not rendered, as well as submitting complaints to the Better Business Bureau and the FTC.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered sympathy flowers for my family member. My experience was the same as most of their reviews. I ordered flowers to be delivered next day for the Memorial Service and paid for them. The next day, I received an email that they were cancelling the order because they were unable to fulfill the order. I received another email same day that they were processing the refund on March 31, 2026. On May 1, as I was paying my credit card bill, I realized that they never issues the refund. I attempted to call them at the published telephone number and was connected to an automated message about winning a free medical device. I immediately contacted my merchant and started the dispute process. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s so upsetting that despite all the negative reviews and complaints, they are still able to do this to people.

Who does this?!?!?!? I ordered a beautiful bouquet for a fricking funeral!!! I got the email that they canceled the order and have supposedly issued a refund. We'll see. It's too late for me to get flowers to Michigan from Florida. What a bunch of assholes! They need to go out of business.

Money was immediately withdrawn from my account and then I received an email saying my orders were canceled and I'd receive a refund. Almost 1 month later..NO REFUND. I emailed company and they were quick to send an apology and assured me my refund would be processed quickly. 1 week later I have still not received a refund. I feel this company is a scam and is just stealing money! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I wanted to get flowers for a friend who lost a relative. I came across Starluck flowers because it was the only one that would ship the flowers same day at her location.
I bought the flowers for $81 and waited. I then wanted to track the order and it kept saying “error try again later” I thought it was weird so I dove into the business and realized it was a total scam. So, I cancelled my order. It’s been over a week and no notice on any refund they promised me. I ended up having to get a new card because I diddnt want to risk it after putting all of my info on the website.
Safe yourself the trouble I’m going through and do not buy from this company.

Scam Artist Steal Money
I called and made sure this was not an answering service. They guaranteed it was not. I ordered flowers for a funeral. I drive 3 hours to the funeral and there are no flowers. I check my email, they said they canceled and I would not be charged. 5 days later, they charged me for the flowers. I am on permanent ignore with this company trying to get my money back. I asked specifically that this was not an answering service but a local florist. I asked if the flowers were available. I WORKED in flower shops for seven years. You are liars.

Don't do it! SCAMMMMM! Never received flowers, puts you on hold when someone finally answers. Site will not allow you to track order. Should have known when they called and requested a review while on the phone. DON'T USE THEM!!!!
