Amazing customer service
Received a defective item and contacted the customer service. The person I spoke to, René, was an absolute gem. Took care of my situation swiftly and efficienciently and kept me updated through the whole process. Within 2 weeks he managed to sort everything out, find a solution that was satisfactory, and send me a new item to substitute the broken one.
All in all the service was really fast, professional, and attentive, and I will for sure be buying again from them :)
