We are very surprised to see this review. You have placed 9 orders with us over the past year and a half, including two orders this week, and we have never received any correspondence from you regarding damaged products or any issues with your orders.
We would also like to be very clear that all products we sell are brand new. We do not sell used products, so the statement that the products you receive from us are “not brand new” is simply untrue.
If you have received a damaged product, please contact us with the details and we will of course resolve this for you.
