the work was done quite professionally although the date for the installation was delayed but the installation itself was commendable

Richard was great, came out and explained everything to me and answered all my questions, even on my follow up phone call, very helpful and informative. Office staff were great, easy process all round. The electrician was very accommodating and good communication. The boys that fitted it did a great job, very efficient and tidy. Good communication all round.

As an existing Solahart customer of approximately 8 years, my most recent experience with Solahart Newcastle has been disappointing.
Following installation of solar panels, an independent roofer identified approximately 10 damaged roof tiles. I was only advised by Solahart the day after installation that approximately 2–3 tiles had been damaged.
Prior to the installation, my roof had been professionally restored and no other trades had accessed it.
I lodged a formal complaint with Solahart Newcastle and also sought assistance from the General Manager of Solahart Industries Australia. Despite this, I have seen very little progress towards resolving the issues raised.
More than a week after speaking with the Dealer Principal about arranging removal of panels on RHS of property to access damaged tiles and sourcing replacement tiles, I have received no further update.
Due to the lack of progress and communication, I have now escalated the matter to Building Commission NSW for further review.
Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective customers to carefully consider all available solar providers before making a decision, particularly if they have a tiled roof.
Very happy with the heat pump, my experience from point of sale to installation with solarhart was prompt, informative and managed very professionally.

A crew of 5 men was given the task of removing my old solar generating system and to replace it with State of the Art solar panels and power wall. it was a pleasure to see the crew working together as a good team. Suffice to say that the team was polite, professional and did the job that was supposed to take two days, in one day and sometimes in the rain.

Well I thought the young guys that came and did the installation were more than capable but just under the pump. The job was done in a hurry as they were trying to get as much done as they could and then drive back to Geraldton.
All seamed done. As all lights working and it was up and running or so I thought. Western power came last week to do inspection and it would seem my batteries are not doing what they are meant too. Then I find out that the power point that they took out of my meter box was not illegal. It was just so that they didn’t have to do an upgrade on my meter box. To say that I’m not happy Jan is an understatement. These young fellas are under the pump. They make mistakes and that’s understandable but for my batteries to not even be working when the power is switched off is not understandable.
Just wondering how long it will take before they come back and upgrade my meter box and get a my batteries working?
