I visited a number of furniture stores when looking for a new sofa and sofology stood out by a mile, with both the service and the quality of the products. The customer service was amazing with no pressurised selling. Stacey was welcoming and extremely helpful on each visit that i made to the york store and gave me plenty of useful advice to help me with my decision on which range i wanted. I have, and will continue to recommend this store to friends and family *****

I was greeted as soon as I came into the store by a polite and happy male to see if I needed anything. I was then left alone to look around. The other staff around the store were helpful, when I asked them questions. Jemma completed the sale and was knowledgeable and pleasant throughout. This was my first visit to the store and would come again if I needed another sofa.

I had a relaxed welcome from Daria who showed me the options available for sofabeds. She wasn't pushy, talked through all permutations of fabrics and sizings and was nothing less than calm courteous and friendly.
She happily emailed me pricing later and answered my query emails in the evening as I was at home deciding which option would work best.
The following day she went through the sale process explaining everything really well and couldn't have been nicer.

Very good show room and very pleasant helpfull staff answered all our questions and made our visit and buying experience very good . After some investigation not sure all my questions were answered correctly but nothing to of putting and at the moment the lead time of 11 weeks is high but we will see if this is reduced
