Sales person in store was very helpful, not at all pushy. Explained everything really well. Great range of sofas well priced. Delivery timed for just before Christmas.

Very helpful in the shop but don’t expect to get your sofa delivered on your given delivery date.Very inconvenient when you arrange for your old sofa to be collected the day before and then they say it can’t be delivered for 2 more days (so no sofas 3 days .makes you wonder why you bother.

Visited sofology festival park was greeted by a lady named Sam. After looking around we went to every sofa shop thats on the retail park. And I honestly can say nothing compared to sofology. We came home measured the space and the sofa we found would not fit😔 so of we went back to sofology sam did her homework on the measurements we had and we found a sofa that me and my family liked so we purchased. Thank you sam your a credit to the store.

My husband and I visited the stoke on trent store two consecutive days on Saturday speaking with Carolyn and Sunday speaking with Frayah and Ash who were all brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble

We rang to see if they were dog friendly and they said they loved welcoming four legged friends 🧡

Fryah was undoubtedly the most helpful, friendliest and knowledgeable sales person we have ever met, she helped us choose the right colour and even made AI images of how the sofa would look in our room.
The support and help given made it a truly wonderful experience.

This is the 4th time I have purchased from sofology, so expected it to be as straight forward as before. Wrong details were put through on 0% finance application, which then led to 2 weeks of stress in trying sort it out. I lost faith in this company and will not be going back. I’ve ended up going elsewhere, paying cash due to not wanting another finance application affecting my credit score. I will be be cancelling this order now, let’s see how straight forward that process is.

Update, advised I could cancel order by simply contacting customer services, there was absolutely nothing simple about this at all. I have then experienced just how bad and useless the customer services are. Rang to cancel told this had been done and someone from the cancellation team would call me within 72 hours. 3 days later not had a call so ring them again to be told that it had not even been actioned. Asked that I’m called by lunch time the following day, no call. Then received a call the following day not from the cancellation team but from customer services wanting to ‘understand’ what the problem was, I advised I’m not interested in discussing and I want a call from the cancellation team and was told we would get one before end of the day (yesterday), needless to say no one called. Called again first thing this morning, advised going away so want a call by 11, in the meantime I emailed the address left initially in this response. Received nothing yet again from cancellation team. And by this point we had also requested a manager to call or the complaint team, but nothing. The social media team though did call and expected me to believe and trust that she had cancelled the call and get refund in 3-5 working day, I will believe it when I see it. So now I’m just left waiting to see if it does get cancelled this time and I do get my money back. If I don’t by end of next week I will be taking the matter further.

So if your thinking of buying from here then don’t bother as if you run in to any problems the store (Stoke on Trent) manager won’t help, he’s another one that was supposed to be getting back to us and have heard nothing, and the customer service's team are a waste of space as they can’t do anything or can’t transfer to the right team so you never get anywhere and the right team never calls you back.

Went to Sofology in Stoke-on-Trent.
Staff made us feel welcome. They gave us a brief talk about how the store works and offerd us a choice if we needed help first. As we were unsure what we wanted. They sat us down and discussed our needs and what we were looking for in a sofa. We went through fabrics and colours and were given loads of information to take away. We spent a good 2 hours going through everything. There was no pressure to buy anything and we were advised to go home with the fabric samples to see if they would match. I have been back 4 times since with measurements of the room etc and the staff were amazing. I now have the perfect sofa on order and it should be here by middle November. Thank you to all the staff

We found Ashley to be very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly in a respectful manner. He guided us through the whole process of the many choices and ultimately on to our final preferences and order of our sofa and chair. He is such a super young man and is a credit to your company.

Friendly and helpful staff. Detailed explanations when ordering and clear information. Nice cup of coffee and biscuits when ordering and going through paperwork was a lovely touch.
