Very helpful chap called Chris help answer questions about an In-stock sofa that had been reduced that I'd seen online. ordered it there and then. very happy with the deal.

The salesperson explained all the features available on my choice of recliner. He then gave me time to make a decision without any pressure and I was able to then go back to him with any questions.

Jay was brilliant with discussing our options regarding the size of the space we had to work with and our desire for a corner sofa with recliners. He went through absolutely everything with us in great detail and ensured we were 100% happy before we signed our agreement.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store and having dealt with Sofology before, we know they produce quality products. As always, the staff went out of their way to take our floor plan and help us find a sofa to fit our space. Everything was explained clearly and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend this store highly enough.

Lini was absolutely fantastic with her recommendations for our new sofa. Her knowledge was great and what a lovely woman she really was.
We left the store very happy with our purchase.
Would defiantly recommend sofology with the different choice in fillings on your sofa cushions and the extra warranty for peace of mind on our sofa.
All staff in store was lovely and pleasant.

All staff were so helpful, we had a member of staff called zemon who was super helpful!
We had been back several times as we couldn’t make our mind up and he really helped us and had a lot of patience for us!
