Non-pushy, extremely helpful sales staff who carefully checked all our requirements before proceeding with the sale.

The staff at the Norwich sofology store were impeccable. From as soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles and warm welcomes. They explained to us how their sofa options worked before letting us take a leisurely stroll around the store. Once we had found a sofa we loved they were able to help us put the order in. The gentleman who served us explained the whole process in depth and made us feel very comfortable with our choice of sofa and store.

Customer service in the Norwich branch was fantastic.

The Sales Consultant made our visit to Sofology a very relaxing and enjoyable experience whilst choosing our new sofa. Marcus had lots of patience as we changed our mind on colour several times. Would highly recommend Sofology - Sales Consultant highly knowledgeable in his field.

We were greeted by Wayne, in a very friendly and warming manner. He made us feel very welcome and relaxed and let us take our time without being pushy. We came back to purchase the sofa and he remembered our names and even had a laugh with us as we completed our purchase . It felt like we were sitting in a living room with a good friend. Would highly recommend . Fantastic service , great sofas and great staff 5 stars plus.

The sales lady Lauren was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She helped us choose what we wanted and give us different options , she couldn’t have been more helpful. This Shop has the best choice in the area highly recommend a visit.

Marcus was a great aid in helping us pick the right sofa. He made the whole experience effortless and comfortable. We walked away very impressive with his manner and knowledge and most importantly a sofa we are extremely happy with.

Wayne and mark couldn’t have been more helpful. They were so patient with us, so down to earth. Not like other sofa stores where you feel pressured to buy. We were able to make our own informed choice.

Friendly helpful staff. Were left alone, no pressure, so we could find the sofa that best fit our needs.

Purchased a ex display, was given wrong information on when would be delivered, but when contacted they did manage to arrange delivery for when the sales person told me. On delivery, drivers informed me that the sofa had some damage to the corner and that the warehouse had told the drivers that I was aware of this - I was not! Having just moved to a new build property I was advised to not step on grass fro 6 weeks if not the grass would not take - sadly the delivery driver ignored my request and walked over the grass. I have tried to contact Sofology via email, but I am still awaiting a reply from my email....

Easy to work with

We had a great experience on the two occasions we visited the store. Could browse in peace, and when we had questions staff were helpful and friendly - even giving our kids popcorn and putting the TV on for them so we could concentrate. Big shout out to Laura, who was super knowledgeable and really lovely - would highly recommend!
