Friendly and informative

I can’t remember who I spoke to at your hedge end store but he was great and very knowledgeable.

Steve the salesman, very knowledgeable and a gentleman and took us directly to what we were after ,so the outcome was we found two sofas which we have ordered and I'm sure will be delighted with. Steve &Julie Harris.

Staff were helpful and informative but not pushy. Good choice of sofas. Looking forward to the sofa arriving.

The staff at the Hedge End branch of Sofology were so helpful and knowledgeable. Sahil talked us through our options with absolutely no sales pressure. We looked around all of the sofa shops in the retail park, but came back to Sofology because they had the best quality and range of sofabeds with the best delivery and after care. Highly recommended !

Very happy with the sofa, delivered on time, great.

We spent a long time looking around the store. Even after finding the sofa we decided on. We were encouraged to look at the other sofa store Nextdoor by a member of staff.
Upon our return visit, we had super helpful staff members who ran through sofa colours, matching a cuddle sofa with our original choice, and running through everything.
Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful advice given.

The store was welcoming clean and well dressed and organised. Laura made our experience great, she was informative about the products. She helped with our choice of colour, taking us to see the swatches in the day light and against similar flooring that we have in house. She allowed us time to reach the right decision.

We bought a sofa year and a half ago, and since then we’ve been trying to fix the problems every time we book appointment with engineer to come it’s all day wait sometime they don’t turn up but when they do come they say there is no problem in your sofa . We spent over 7k in our sofa and extra for Care for guarantee. sitting area is not the same as what we saw in the store. It’s very small and buttons are placed upside down and the glass section don’t even open properly. You can’t put any glass there one of the worst companies to buy so far from and the worst customer service I do not recommend for working glass people to go here . I don’t normally review but I had to
