Very pleased with Sofology

Very pleased with Sofology , so much choice in sofas, I bought my last sofa from sofology over 5 years ago and still in good shape .

Absolutely shocking company that is not…

Absolutely shocking company that is not customer focused at all!

It’s been lies after lies, no same member tells you the correct information, you find out from another member of staff that the previously information is incorrect which leads to frustration.

We were originally told 10 weeks minimum 12 weeks max which we later found out was wrong information.

We were told 15 weeks all together but currently standing at 17 weeks and 4 days and that’s not for home delivery. So they are out of the agreement.

We were told by the assistant manager that a deposit didn’t need to be paid when ordering.

We requested a swatch so we could find material to make cushions etc but they sent us the wrong swatch (which we later found out)

Still waiting for head office to call my wife, it’s been 5 working days.

Social media response person has closed my ‘complaint’ but nothing has been resolved.

We just want to cancel our order because through the whole process we have been lied too, there is no confidence within the company AT ALL!

Please please please do your research and have everything in paper trail because they aren’t interested in your needs but instead your money.

We wish we never went with the company, it’s appalling

Sofa looks great but we haven't got it…

Sofa looks great but we haven't got it yet so it's too early for a review.
Staff were great but it's too early to review delivery or after-sales.
Overall, it's annoying being harassed into a review at this stage.

Hedge End store- Emma was great

Emma was very polite and not pushy. She was so knowledgeable about the sofas. She listened and let let us explore. Once we’d decided to buy, she made us drinks and completed the sale information whilst we sat on our chosen suite. Best sofa shopping experience (and I’ve bought a lot of sofas).

We went to several sofa shops but when we went to sofology and Radhika welcome us offered her help and after We made our choice She explained about the materials, colours the payment options, delivery dates and how to care for the sofas She was great very knowledgeable and made such difference on our purchase

A very stress free process with no…

A very stress free process with no pressure from the sales team. We were given the time and space to check out what options were available snd when we requested help it was offered professionally and in a friendly way. George was really helpful and kept the whole thing light hearted and enjoyable. Can not wait to receive our new suite.

Marie in store in the hedge end…

Marie in store in the hedge end Southampton, was amazing . Patient and full of knowledge on helping us pick our dream sofa
She was not to pushy and just wanted the best for us. Not like other stores that just wants a sale.
So easy to order and so happy. What more can I put

The staff member that served me was helpful and informative about the products but not too pushy so left me alone while I had a good look round and came back when I was ready to place my order

Our experience got elevated to the next…

Our experience got elevated to the next level up by the incredibly friendly and engaging staff! It was Marie who casually approached us without any pressure on. We joke with her thinking we won’t be able to get what we want as we live in Channel Islands and prepared ourself that we might have to find company to ship where we live.
Marie walked away after telling us walk around and see what we got.
She then appeared again casually telling us you know we can deliver to Channel island not a problem at this price etc if you are interested.

We end up buying sofa and cuddling chair and we have received incredible service from Marie.
Not only she was having great sense of humor, was knowledgable she has also managed to get us a deal on top of that.
Interestingly we went to shop next door to sofology first and no one seems to paid attention to our browsing there.

It was great experiance for us and we will be definitely looking to get some more stuff from Sofology.

Marie made a huge difference and we enjoyed experience she has provide!

And yes we only went on to buy sofa not expecting 5 star service bit we definitely has received that and were very happy with our purchase.

So far so good my experience in the…

So far so good my experience in the showroom was excellent. The knowledge of the girls serving was brilliant however I’m yet to have any communication on delivery. It’s now past a week since I signed the final documentation and I have said it was 14 days which should be sometime this week or next, but I’m don’t know so I wondered if there was a way of finding out.
