Lola, the young lady that helped me choose the right sofa for my needs, showed me the additional facilities on the sofa that I chose, but had not noticed. She also explained the other services that were available, without any pressure to buy.
I left the store satisfied that I had made the right choice and I was grateful for her help and advice.

Great customer service
The sales advisor was very supportive.And help us thoroughly throughout the sales process. Raj was very good. He also offered us hot drinks and was very patient with my wife and I while we tried the different sofas.

Very happy with our experience
Very happy with our experience. Had a good chat with the sales lady, was not rushed in making a decision and came away looking forward to our new sofa in time for Xmas.

Very satisfied customer.
Our sofologist was very helpful, polite and informative. There was a wide range and styles of sofas. We left feeling very happy with our purchase and can't wait for our new sofa to be delivered just before Christmas.

Great service from Cheltenham store…
Great service from the Cheltenham store as Dawn was fantastic. She was really friendly and great at helping us whittle down the choices till we had the prefect sofa for us. The store was well laid out and some gorgous sofas to choose from.
