Purchased the Tallulah sofas 6 months ago. Feathers constantly come out, and everyday, every single god damn day, the small hypodermic needle sharp feathers are stuck in my back or clothing, may I suggest next time filling them with shards of broken glass and barbed wire, to achieve a more comfortable experience whilst laying on them.

Great customer service
We went into the Cambridge store and met with Ethan Gilks who was very nice and very knowledgeable and helped us pick our new sofa. He set it up in my basket on line as I needed to double check the size of the space where our new sofa will go. I went on line when we got home and placed the order. Now we're very excited about getting our new sofa. Thank you

Visited after an impulsive sale of our sofa & saw the one we adored. On a second viewing, Ethan sat with us and patiently discussed the options and similar products. He was super helpful & gave a realistic perspective, which helped my inability to make a decision.. We finally settled on a sofa and footstool that we love.
