The product was advertised as near powder and when it arrived, it looked like a bag of decorative bark for garden mulch. Not very happy as I now have to grind it into a usable grade. Edit- all issues are being rectified. Very happy with prompt response

Ruminations after 6 months of business
Ever since I have started doing business with your company, I have enjoyed an above board, totally professional experience. Brexit is crucifying companies like yours however, as I am being financially raped by my own government's customs authorities (thieves).
I would like to be purchasing much larger amounts of your product, but these ridiculous charges customs and excise are mounting on me make this not impossible, but extremely financially inefficient. This is in no way a complaint, just food for thought. Thank you again for your custom.
