I consider myself a "Paint" girl so when I was asked to look for a place to order a Name Plate for the company I work in, I am happy to have found Snijlab. They not only helped me with the design, but also guided me through the correct image file and the type of material we should use. Thanks Thomas Boerendonk and Guy Remy for having answered all my emails and assessing me with an honest answer. Looking forward to receiving the plate :D

Great service and reliable results

My prototypes are always perfect. What can I say. Comunication, clarity of web, uploading, review my images, whole cooperation is straight forward and highly professional, I could say as precise as a laser cut.

I have been in contact with Snijlab since 2015. I have a good experience in communication. I get prompt answers to all my questions. I am happy with their service and willingness to help and find solutions for my projects.

Snijlab does not just blindly laser cut the designs, but also thinks along. On my case, they warn me that the material chosen was not the most adequate for certain parts of the design because of its fragility and advised an alternative. And they were still able to deliver well and on time

Everything was so simple and fast. Other companies require me to write a mail and wait one week for a response. Snijlab handed the parcel over to the post while others only responded.

They just don't miss. The materials selection is excellent. The technical guidelines are clear and easy to follow. They have some new tutorial blog posts which are full of useful information, such as how to fill in engravings in acrylic, something I'm very interested in doing with the game controller I'm currently building with Snijlab's help. The instant quoting system is great — it allows me to try different nesting arrangements easily to find the best price. I also appreciate being able to save some money by opting for slower production timelines. I've used other laser cutters in the Netherlands, but Snijlab remains the GOAT.

It was my first time using this company for any laser cutting, so I did not know what to expect, but everything was a mixed bag. Their website crashes or is not functional 50% of the time (it seems), but the email support was as good as it gets with advice and walkthrough through the different material selections for a particular project I was working on. Unsure of the quality I ordered the same thing, but from two different materials, and again, one set was straight unusable and the other set was salvageable, but wouldn't order again if they all come out like that. The cuts (mind you, a circle) are fine and with the correct dimensional accuracy, so no complaints there. The engraving is decent. The bags were so dirty inside that the parts that were meant to be translucent/white were brown and it seems that even after washing them they still appear dirty (I understand this is not a clean-room type service, but just rotating the bag a bit would've cleared 90% of the dust, so I can't really explain it).
Maybe for other services, or higher quantities, or luckier sunnier days they are good, for this case, 50/50.

Good tool for the ordering process. Easy to pick materials and read on characteristics. Nice to be able to influence costs by choosing a preferred lead time.
