I love this drone! Very easy to learn. Simple takeoff, easy controls and flips like a pro! Also pretty durable! The only thing I don't like is the short range. Other than that I highly recommend this drone!

The drone was easy to set up. The camera is good quality. Flying was a learning experience. But, it is a tough little machine and has survived a few crashes. It even survived landing in a tree. (The tree had to be cut down to rescue it.)
Looking forward to summer when we have better weather in Ohio.

I enjoy this great little drone. It flies really good. great for beginner or advance pilots. intuitive hover even with some wind. thank you guys for making a great drone. It was a gift and I plan to upgrade in the future. Michael

I wanted to give props to this company’s sterling customer service.

About two minutes into its first flight, my new A15H started making a buzzing sound and became somewhat unstable; I managed to safely land it, checked it out but found no obvious problem. However, when I tried to launch it again, it fell to one side with a definite “something’s not right” noise. Turns out a defective pinion gear inside the left-front rotor arm had stripped, resulting in no drive to that rotor. Bummed, I dug out the manual and found an email address for Snaptain, and sent them a query. This was maybe 3pm.

Within about five hours, I found a reply in my Inbox from a very helpful tech named Hancy, who apologized for the defect and asked me to email back a) my order number, b) a photo of the broken gear, and c) my address. Did that the next day.

Three days later — THREE DAYS! — I had a new replacement drone arrive at my door. No charge. No drama. And it flies perfectly, a really fun, inexpensive craft. I can honestly say that, with this kind of customer service, I would enthusiastically encourage anyone interested in getting a drone to buy from these folks. The rapidity of their response to my issue was outstanding; it’s obvious that customer satisfaction is a very high priority for them, something that is becoming all too rare these days. I recommend Snaptain thoroughly.

Oh, and by the way: the replacement drone has been flawless. Easy to fly, has a good little camera, and pretty durable (I readily admit to crashing it more than once…).

I thought this was a great toy! I bought his for my kids who never have really liked small drones and helicopters that I have bought for them before. They love this one. It also has great durability for how many things they have ran it into...It’s lasted longer than any other thing like this we’ve had before. It took them a little bit to get used to how to work it, but after, they couldn’t stop playing with it. The instructions were also very clear and explicit.

Very fun to play. Kids and adults shared fun on playing this drone. Box includes spare blade, screws and a tool for maintenance.

A truly great piece of kit, although new to drones I wanted something cost effective yet advanced where enough for both beginner to intermediates the SnapStain the 5G Drone is perfect.
It has a lot of features your find in the more expensive drones, the one button press for take-off and return home is absolutely great if your new to drones, with the easy of setup I was flying away in minutes of its delivery. One word of warning don’t try use this indoors, you will be tempted as I know I was lol. .Though in an open space your get to see all the features it truly has and be left with a smile on such a great purchase.
Liked the fact it came with a secondary spare battery though definitely recommend to bringing a power bank to charge one battery as you use the other for consistent flying fun. Overall flying control is absolutely unbelievable where incredibly precise and responsive even when high up in the air.
Very difficult to write a bad word on this drone as is an exceptional purchase.
