The review is for the quality of the products they use but most importantly about the attitude of the nurse responsible for Botox and fillers in Odense..I have been a customer for at least two years now, started with laser and eventually did Botox and lip filler to them..Both of the times I had to redo the whole Botox thing because there was some movement left and my eyebrows looking weird..The lady said that I’m on the limit of my touch up and it was the 3rd week, and it’s not my fault you can never book a time with them and I answered back that I’m sorry but how is this my problem that I have to be double injected and go through it once more even though in other clinics in the past I only do it once and it pulls so much I had a headache because of it, and here second time that I have to redo the whole thing…and her answer??? Maybe you should go to that other clinic 🤣 Can you imagine?I’m paying them, trusting them doing double procedures because they either are using cheap products that don’t work as they should or the nurse is incompetent, and get that attitude???Oh I’m done..I don’t even want the touch up anymore shame on this behaviour to people who are supporting the clinic that pays you for more than two years now..Imagine Tammy one of the girls working there knows me and says hi with my name even though I haven’t seen her in a year because I finished with the laser…Completely inappropriate behaviour not considering at all the customer and his obvious frustration having to redo the whole thing…NOT GOING BACK..find yourself a better most trustworthy clinic even if it is a little more expensive..at least you know what you get and people treat you better…not like that time that I asked from the girls to put me numbing creme cause the lady doing the Botox was late and I was supposed to be there 15’ before for that, then they forgot about me and had the numbing creme for more than I should 🤦🏽‍♀️ They are good only for laser nothing more!!!!!

SPAM messages being sent to my private phone number after just 1 consultation. I never agreed to this and there's no way to opt out of the messages. I dont need to be adviced of any sales going on as I'm not a costumer and would just really like for the company to not abuse my personal information like this

I went for a lip filler consultation and although the woman had already decided she would not give my lips filler, she continued with asking questions! What a waste of time. Furthermore, she wanted me to have my current filler removed, which was worth thousands of dollars. I don’t recommend them at all.

I’ve been visiting Smooth Odense for a few months now, mainly for PRF and Botox, and I couldn’t be happier. Line Hillbrandt is absolutely the best – knowledgeable, gentle, and kind. She always takes the time to explain everything and makes the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. I’m very happy with the results and can highly recommend both Line and Smooth Odense.

Contantly cancelations and bad customer service.

Today is the second time I got my appointment cancelled by the clinic in Frederiksberg and with no noticed this last time. I arrived there are the clinic was closed. It has happened already on 17th January and today 28th March.
I have been a loyal customer of the clinic for more than a year, and I understand that some times, due to sickness of the personnel (which is unforeseen) cancellations can happen.
But it is starting to be a normal thing to get cancellation (I can see I am not the only customer) and bad customer service that don´t inform in due time.

Their customer service is bad as I called to the phone number, and in both instances nobody picked up the phone. When I asked to refund me the clip back in the system from a clip card I bought, they said they would made a note but I can´t see in the system. So you better save the email with the written answer not to have issues afterwards.
I am really frustrated because not only is already difficult to get a time, I have to plan and get time off from work to come in. And then discover the clinic is closed without notice.
I will not recommend Smooth at all, after my experience. When I finally finish my clip card with them, I will search for another clinic. This is not nice and it doesn´t give much trust to customers that this is becoming a norm.

Best experience ever. I have done lip filler in few places before but this one was exceptionel and very very natural. Aestetic nurse Line in Odense is a master of her field. Not only the best results I ever tried but also the warmest and the most caring person. Highly recommend . Will try the botox soon on my forehead as she is also doing that.
The place itself is also very clean amd cozy in very center of odense, right next to Magasin.

I went for my fourth appointment a couple of days ago and so far my experience has been mostly positive and I have seen some results. The treatment I got from Silke the last time I went was however greatly above my expectations that I thought she deserved a review! She got an eye for the small details and really knows how to make the client feel comfortable:)) So to sum it up: I'd recommend this clinic in general, but especially if you can get a time with Silke!

Went for permanent hair removal. Silke was great and made me feel very comfortable as it was my first time. She checked in with me at all times to make sure I was ok. I didn't think permanent hair removal would be a pleasant experience but it was here. Great place!

Hi, I had my first Botox experience, which I performed at the Smooth clinic... the procedure lasted around 30 minutes with a lot of explanations, patience and attention... I am very satisfied and delighted with the procedure and a let's come back with love for the retouch... Aaaand I want to specify that Gullan is the best at what she does... many thanks Gulla

I've done different treatments with Smooth Aalborg (laser hair removal, NanoNeedling) and currently interested in doing another one. I've always had a great experience with both staff and the treatments, the working hours availability, price flexibility and discounts. Highly recommend it for all the ladies who want to treat themselves with something special because you deserve it!!!

So far I can truly recommend Smooth! I am at my second treatment and I had a great experience, Sonja is super kind, precise and really nice :)
