Choice is not always a good thing. I was bewildered by the options and choice available and ended up with exactly what I wanted because of the patience and professionalism of this company. No pressure, no sales promotions. My numerous questions were answered and my charger was fitted within weeks of placing an order. Alistair and Declan are a credit to the company and my Anderson 2 and Konnect app are working perfectly and look amazing. The charger actually enhances the property and is an asset. Thank you to the entire team.

This company comes highly recommended. They are fast, responsive and communicate well with their customers. When I couldn't accommodate the initial installation date, they went out of their way to move the schedule around to ensure the charger was fitted the same week.

From my initial contact with Smart EV I knew i was dealing with a very professional company. They handled everything the application with my Energy provider and the installation impeccably. They absolutely bent over backwards to schedule the installation of my Zappi 7.0 kw charger to fit in with my diary which was changing virtually daily.
These changes to our scheduled installation dates for some companies would have been a massive annoyance however they were really patient and certainly 100% accommodating.
The install and operational tutorial was seamless. The technician was super efficient and very helpful.
Certainly i have no hesitation in giving this Company 5 STARS!!

Smart EV requested a detailed survey/pictures of the area and hardware required to carry out a quotation. The team arrived on site when agreed and the work was carried out efficiently with a comprehensive demonstration. Great value for money and service.

I was given details of a number of providers by my EV supplier. Only Smart EV asked for photos of the power supply area and fitting location. When asked, they assured me that I could have the charger fitted where I wanted i.e. inside the garage, not just on the house outer wall, which was what all of the other suppliers wanted to do. When the relevant supply safety checks had been completed, they speedily gave me an appointment time and date. The installation team arrived promptly and made sure that my requirements were met, while doing a neat and tidy job. The whole process was smooth and efficient, a professional outfit that can be thoroughly recommended for both workmanship and price. Thank You Smart EV!

Smart EV saved the day! We were booked with another company who upon arrival tried charging me an extra £200 to carry out the installation that they had already quoted for and I had paid for! I got in touch with Smart EV and they sent a survey, quote and then installed. Great communication throughout the process, highly recommend these guys.

Installed my EV point at short notice.
Explained everything to a real layman I'm electrical terms.
Cant fault the service or the price when compared to other companies

Excellence service from start until the end! Would definitely use these again.
