Courteous and Helpful

I sent an email to get a payoff quote and had my quote back the next day. I then called customer service to touch base with a person about wiring payoff funds. The lady was very pleasant and assured me SLS would help me with any questions I may have. She was very helpful. In the past 10 years or so I have always found SLS to be polite and willing to help you. I think they are hands above anyone else as far as customer service goes. Thank you.

My SLS representative listen and made my anxiety disappear.

I was feeling anxious when making this call; and thankfully my SLS representative, Justin, was professional, confident and kind. He did not rush me off the phone or cut me off; and his answers to my questions showed he took the time to actually listen. When I ended the call my anxiety was gone because my representative cared.

I have been doing business with your…

I have been doing business with your company many years and every time i call to get some information your is always willing to assist and very thorough in explaining the information I am inquiring. Helen my point of contact on the modification of my loan is just as helpful as the other representative, and always asked if there is anything else they can do for me. "Very pleasant " representative.

I had accidentally overpaid last month…

I had accidentally overpaid last month and immediately requested a refund. It didn’t happen as quickly as I hoped. With this last call about it, I was told that a check would be mailed in seven days. That seemed useless and asked for it to be applied to this next payment. The service agent sounded surprised and happy, and assured me that could easily be done. It saved both of us a lot of hassle and I was thrilled!

Dissatisfied

I contacted the company because my home insurance was supposed to be paid through my escrow by February 15th. It still wasn't paid on March 7th and was about to be cancelled. I called and got transferred 4 times before getting to the right department. I was told the payment had been sent standard mail but since the insurance was about be cancelled, they would send a payment expedited mail and it would arrive in 3 days. This should have been March 10th. On March 15th, one month after the payment was due, the automated system said the payment wasn't mailed until March 9th. So still no payment, which means no insurance. I don't know if this was a lie, incompetence, or lack of care. Either way, I am dissatisfied.
