I have had various skin treatments over the past 10+ years with Skin Vitality…I can say that I have had many NP over these years and all good experiences…NP’s always knowledgeable, very professional, always answered questions I’ve had regarding treatments. At this time I have to give a special acknowledgment to Elizabeth F. Elizabeth has been my NP for approximately 2 years now and I can honestly say that any treatments with her have been successful in a giving me the results that I’m looking for. Thank you Elizabeth…😀 and Skin Vitality.

Today was my third time back to the wonderful ladies at skin vitality and as always the service was phenomenal and everyone that works there has great attitude. Fantastic work and very fair people, I would strongly recommend skin vitality for all your beauty needs

I've done a few consultations for my problem and this was the first place that stuck to what I wanted worked on and didn't bring up the other treatments and things they offer. Very pleased and cannot wait to see how my skin looks after

My first visit was awesome, and I gave the nurse I saw a 5-star review. Unfortunately, after approximately three weeks, the treatment around my eyes, forehead, and frown lines appeared to wear off. From that point on, my experience became increasingly frustrating, with what felt like excuse after excuse.

I also signed up for Sculptra, which was a horrible experience for me. The treatment was extremely painful, and I experienced significant bruising. I had been told that it would be much less painful than fillers, but that was certainly not my experience. The treatment was so painful that I was unable to go back for my second treatment.

Unfortunately, things continued to get worse. I experienced late appointments, rude customer service, no show for phone consultations, appointments being cancelled without my knowledge, and a general lack of transparency that made me uncomfortable. I was never shown the product being diluted, and after spending more than $5,000, I have seen very little improvement.

At 65, I felt that I was aging well and was simply looking for some enhancement and a little lift. Instead, this experience has left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I am currently discussing this matter with my lawyer, as I feel this has been a horrible experience with very little understanding or accountability on their end. I have also received what I felt was a great deal of clinical jargon rather than clear answers to my concerns.

One particularly upsetting experience was when a consultant laughed out loud and said, "We won't be able to get rid of your crepey skin that you have." I found this comment insensitive, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. They have the lighting a certain way in each room. If you notice your face looks different depending the light your in.

I have also become aware that other people have expressed concerns about their experiences and have chosen to stop receiving treatment. I can only speak to my own experience and the facts as I experienced them, and I am not accusing anyone of wrongdoing.

However, I do believe it is unacceptable to receive treatment and then feel that, within two or three weeks, the results have completely disappeared.

Lastly, I would encourage clients to carefully review their invoices when taking advantage of advertised sales, including the frequent "80% off" promotions, to ensure they fully understand what they are being charged for and whether the advertised discount has been applied as expected.

This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I believe my concerns deserve to be taken seriously.
*They ask for a specific date but there were 4 x that I went.

I had a wonderful experience with my Botox treatment! The staff were professional, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Skin Vitality in Milton is fantastic. The staff are caring, welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. They walk you through the process and make sure that you’re comfortable with everything. Jasmine and Sana are both wonderful! I highly recommend them. I look forward to my next appointment!

Went to Skin Vitality to do Sculptra with Chelsea. This was my fourth treatment and Chelsea is a well versed injector. Great experience with her.

I couldn’t see my preferred nurse as our schedule did not jive. So, I saw someone I didn’t know. I was a little nervous bc I am very particular about my lip filler. I have to say she is now also on my preferred list. That should say it all!
